They arrived on time and carefully installed mirrors on my dining room wall. I was very pleased with the mirrors and the install. They cleaned up before leaving.

They were shelves for a cabinet that had to be specially sized. The experience was satisfactory. They treated me very well and I have no complaints.

They were extremely friendly over the phone and the price they charged was very reasonable. I dropped the mirror off on my lunch hour and they told me they could have it done by the end of the day, which was nice. Unfortunately, they close at 4 pm and they aren't open on weekends - not very convenient hours. The reason I give them a C overall and low marks for professionalism is the content on the walls of their office. The walls are plastered with offensive right-wing jokes, anti-Obama posters, cartoons and posters making fun of pacifists and anyone who wants to consider re-thinking our country's military spending. It was bad enough that I would have walked right out of the office and gone somewhere else if I hadn't already taken a lunch break to get to their office in Remington. Overall, they were very friendly people, but it just makes absolutely no business sense to plaster your walls with material like that in a highly majority-Democrat City. I consider myself a relatively laid-back person with a sense of humor who is an independent thinker on most social/political issues, and I was extremely turned off. So bottom line on this place - they did a fine job fixing my mirror for cheap, but I felt bad giving them my money when I know they are harbor such closed-minded views of our country and don't seem to care that it would offend some customers.

I REALLY DID NOT LIKE THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PROVIDED. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE WINDOWS. I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY.
