Tremendous service, family business for a long time, very reasonable prices.

They were great from start to finish. For the car that needed the extensive body work, Rachel did a thorough job of estimating the repair cost and she did it quickly. The work itself was great, that part of the car looked brand new and all the small details were attended to. Because I liked the work they had done, I brought my other (older) car in. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on the bodywork because the car is old. Dan came up with a reasonable solution within my budget and once again, the work was very well done. That car also had a brake issue whereby in very cold weather, the brakes would not work correctly. I had to wait until the car warmed up before they started working. I had taken it to another repair shop but the problem wasn't fixed. I believe it was Mike who researched the problem and then came up with a solution that did work. (Although I am not thrilled about the freezing temperatures we have been having this winter-at least I know the brakes are reliable now.) Beyond the actual repair work, I found everyone I dealt with to be friendly and helpful and it has made doing business with them a pleasure. I highly recommend Baltimore Body Shop.

The took an awful long time. They are good, nice and polite. My husband had gone to them for years and he thought they were wonderful.

The shop is family run, super friendly, very knowledgeable and responsive, they knew just what i needed, came in under theirestimate and finished it before lunch the next day :) A+ all the way, I would never take my car anywhere else after this experience !

When I needed to get my car inspected, this shop was the closest auto service place that advertised via sign outside that they preformed state inspections. When I dropped in, the service representative told me that they didn't have time to do it and that I should go somewhere else.

The shop called me every Thursday to keep me posted on the progress of the repair. They also advised me that a particular part replacement was not necessary since it was still operational and fixed an unrelated issue.

They were very easy to work with. They told me ahead of time how long the work would take in order for me to schedule the work around my schedule. They were very nice.

The work was terrific. Not only is the damage from the accident gone, but so are all of the scratches, something I never expected. The people there are also great to work with. They were a 1/2 day late getting the Jeep back to me, but I thought the original time estimate was a little optimistic and was not surprised.

This business does walk-in estimates at no charge. Even though I didn't know which insurance company would be handling my claim, the gentleman that helped me put down his lunch and worked-up an estimate that seemed complete. Being more helpful, he pointed-out some items that could be repaired instead of replaced, if I needed to save some money, and I really appreciated this. Additionally, the shop was very large and seemed very well-staffed both in the office and in the work spaces; they seemed busy enough to indicate their skill, but free enough to be able to take on and complete work in a reasonable period. The reason I did not use this shop was that my insurance wanted to work with another shop that also happened to be closer to my home.
