Description of Work: The owner came with 1 young strong man. She told him what to load from my garage into a pick up truck. The deal was $99 for half a load. I paid 100 more to fill the truck. I still had items left but would not pay more because I can get a better deal.

Description of Work: Their truck was so small they weren't able to take all the materials I needed to get rid of. On the other hand, they did pack the truck as tightly as they could and took some "construction materials" that I think they had to pay extra for.

+ -1 moreI learned of this provider through a neighborhood flyer. I called the number and the owner immediately answered the phone. He was polite and informative and offered to come by and give an estimate. I described the items which needed to be hauled and he gave a rough estimate. We made an appointment for later in the week. He confirmed the day before and he showed up promptly. He and his helpers removed all the items and it cost less than the estimate over the phone. Unlike others i spoke to, they were willing to go to the item (i.e. the grill on the back deck) and haul it to the truck, rather than me bring all the items to a central area for loading. They could not have been more accommodating and professional.
Description of Work: They removed a bulky king-sized mattress, a rusted outdoor grill, several old window screens, and several wood building scraps.
