Pete and his crew showed up on time to remove old popcorn ceiling and skim coat ceiling smooth. They worked very hard on ceiling the first day, (alot of scraping) and then came back two days later (in the snow mind you) and sanded and painted. we are extremely pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them for your drywall projects.

Good price that was more affordable than the big name companies. Drywall looks great.

The project was outstanding. Pete walked me through the process step by step and left everything clean once the job was complete. Final project turned out great!

I dealt with Pete the entire time. While he has a crew, he also works along with them. And he owns the business! He is so easy to work with, explains his plans for the day and is up-front about the cost. The price he gave me was the best out of 5 pros - and it was a very fair price! He worked with me on my limited funds and we still got the job going. No one else wanted to even begin knowing my funds were limited. The job is not complete as yet but should be this week. Pete and his gentlemen are exactly that. Gentlemen! I didn't hear 1 swear word among them. They are efficient and manage time extremely well. They spent only 5 hours on the 1st day, 1 on the second. Now it's time for sanding but I'm sure they will work quickly as the other days. Another point to consider are there are no hidden costs. He replaced and repaired several things with no extra charge! I am totally happy with the job they are doing and will definitely be calling them for any other indoor repairs we have. This is an old house and I'm certain there will be. Pete is kind and patient on the phone and in email as well as face-to-face. When we email, I usually receive responses within the hour sent. All I can say is Thank you! Quality of work is EXCELLENT!! 5 stars all the way!!!

This was the easiest home repair I think we've ever had. Pete was easy to reach via email and always showed up on time or early! The crew completed the work as promised and it looks great. We would definitely hire B&D again.

I would highly recommend B&D Construction. I live overseas, and Peter is extremely trustworthy and patient. He met every deadline, which is more than what I can say about other contracting companies. He provided his estimate in a timely fashion, took him a day or two to complete the work, and even provided pictures of the finished product. After I hired my painter, even the painter stated that Peter and his company did a great job, and it was easy for them to paint over their work. I will definitely use this company again, and I would recommend them to other homeowners!

We were so happy with our experience with B&D Construction that we plan to use them for a couple other home improvement project in the next few months.

They came and gave me a great estimate. Personally, being on time is really important to me so it meant a lot that they were punctual. They were tidy and cleaned their messes up, and the results of the actual work were just great. Throughout the whole process they were a pleasant, professional company.

Pete was very responsive, showed up on time and was very easy to work with. His work quality was excellent and exceeded my expectations. We had a ceiling repaired after a leak that entailed replacing damaged drywall and insulation and patching and painting the ceiling. You would never know there was an issue and the ceiling looks better now than it did even before the leak. I would not hesitate to go with B & D for future jobs.

They were very reasonabley priced and were quick to get started on my project and finish it as well. I was happy with the pricing and the speed of service as well as the experts finished work. Looking into having them do another project for us possibly if we can fit it into our budget.

Pete was fantastic! He showed up on time for the duration of the project. He was respectful and protected the rest of the house from dust by applying plastic where needed. True professional at his work. Highly recommend and will be using again in the near future for other areas in need of drywall repair.
