Mike responded quickly to our initial inquiry on a Monday. He was at our house Wednesday right on time. He clearly knew what he was doing and provided a helpful explanation of the work required. I was impressed by his knowledge, skill, and ingenuity in removing a stubborn part for replacement. Pricing was quite reasonable as well.

First, and very important, Mike came to the house twice, once to look over the work involved and a week later when the work was scheduled. Both times he was prompt, exactly on time. I really appreciate when someone arrives when they say they will. He did a great job. He was professional, he cleaned up after himself, he explained all the work he was doing and why, he was friendly and acted like a normal human being. You can tell I've dealt with service men who were rude, acted like you're a moron because you don't know their profession, or feel like it's a bother for them to explain what they are doing to YOUR house. I would absolutely recommend Mike to you for any plumbing work and I will contact him again if I need any work done. Tom Walker

Mike was prompt, efficient and worked quickly. Some plumbers charge by the job, Mike charges by the hour, so you're not overpaying for relatively simple jobs. He actually installed very clever indoor taps to drain any water from the outside faucets once the water supply has been shut off. This guarantees the outdoor valves won't freeze. I've never seen this before. He was so professional and reasonable on these jobs, we had him perform work on a rental property where he was equally efficient.

The installation of the disposal was quick, clean and painless. He removed the old one and rechecked everything to make sure it really worked. He then gave me the run down on the water pressure problem. I found Aurora Plumbing through Angie's list and highly recommend this business...as long as it's a problem that a one man show can resolve. Bigger problems would require a larger operation.

This is the second time I have used Aurora Plumbing, and both times went as expected. Mike is courteous and prompt. He carries around many basic replacement parts so that a repair can usually be done in the first visit. He shows up on time and works quickly. My bathroom and kitchen are back in working order.

Mike returned my call promptly, scheduled an appointment for two days later, showed up exactly on time, and diagnosed and repaired the problem on the spot. He also agreed to take care of two other minor plumbing problems while he was there. I would highly recommend Aurora Plumbing.
