This was for a free HVAC Replacement estimate. I was able to schedule and get someone out to my property practically the next day, even during the initial summer heat wave. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly, I was provided with quotes on the spot. Would recommend solely for their professionality and courtesy.

The contractor showed up a few minutes before our scheduled time block, which is always nice. He was friendly and professional and took the time to ensure our system was working properly and helped us set up our wifi connection before leaving. The flat rate pricing was also great to have.

On time, solved the problem, explained that the fix was probably temporary. permanent fix would require a new A/C.

I was overcharged for the diagnostics, I did get refunded the amount they overcharged after calling multiple times. The tech told me the unit was done and needed replacement 5k ... another company came out, changed a bad fuse, and had it up and running for less than $110.

Had a full HVAC system installed including all new ductwork. Maurice and Tanner and Bob were super professional and very informative. Went above and beyond what was expected always stopping what they were doing to answer any questions we had. Jason Bowen was extremely polite and professional explained the whole system we were going to get and didn't try at all to upsell equipment, and didn't pressure us at all for the sale.
