Description of Work: I called this company on June 13, 2011 as they were close to my area and had good reviews. Marc answered, said he was on a job and would call me back by the end of the day. Nothing. 10 days later, I called again and left a message. Nothing. Maybe he's been too successful? This was my first experience using Angie's list. And am wondering if I made a mistake. I'll give it one my try...

Description of Work: Birds had invaded my dryer vent and could not get out. They died there and my dryer stopped working. I called At Once on Saturday, May 28, for help. He was too busy that day but said he would come out on Monday, May 30. I was very surprised because this was a holiday but it saved me from taking time off of work. What a wonderful service. In minutes, he had the dryer vent off and was busy cleaning it out. He then went outside and took care of the open vent that caused the problem to begin with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, etc. You should call this company for fairly priced effective service.

Description of Work: This spring starlings invades my home. The fluttering noises in the wall were driving us crazy. Marc came to our house and evaluated our situation. He determined that eggs had not been laid in the nest. Marc waited over 2 hours for the birds to leave the nest inside our house. He then sealed the opening so that birds couldn't return.
