We could not be more pleased with the service we received from "At Once". Mark is a professional and has a qualified team working with/for him. They came back "At Once" to remove the racoon and traps. Additionally, I received valuable education regarding racoons and the hazards of cleaning up after them. While I hope I won't be needing their services anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call them should I have to. I woould highly recommend them to anyone who might have a situation with unwanted critters of any type.

He went above and beyond. They are very educated and reasonable pricing. They came out and took care of the raccoon problems. He was very responsive. He came out on a Saturday night and did a very thorough search and moved the traps around. Within an hour the problem was taken care of.

I have a big problem with mice in my attic. They had taken over the attic and I could hear their noise all the time. The source being a neighbor. I had gone through two big name companies Ehrlich and another company and their solution was placing traps in the attic which did not solve the problem. I had called A LOT of the companies listed under mice extermination and most did not offer exclusion service. I was impressed by Marc's B.S. in Zoology so I decided to give this company a try and I am glad I did. Marc was not afraid to go up in the attic which was one plus, other companies were very hesitant to do so because of fear they would fall. He spent a tremendous amount of time sealing holes in the attic and applying bait. He also went around the house and spent time sealing holes inside and outside the house. I was also impressed by the fact that he provided a sheet of paper with the type of poison used and what it's side effect profile looks like. He provided me a one year service with the price I paid which was very reasonable. He has come back agains to treat the attic and I was able toe reach him quickly without any problems.

My phone call was returned the afternoon of the day after I left my initial message but Mark arrived exactly when he predicted. He spent a lot of time in the attic looking for evidence he did not find. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me something I didn't need. It was obvious I wasn't going to be going up there to doublecheck. I would definitely recommend him to friends if they needed this service. He didn't tell me in advance how much it would cost just to inspect so he didn't charge me but accepted gas money.

I have had problems with mice in my basement since I bought the house 8 years ago. A previous exterminator just placed bait but did not look for the root of the problem. In March 2011, after reading positive reviews about At Once Termite & Pest, I called Mr Cohen. I was amazed that he ended up spending 2 hours at my home. He went over the entire foundation (often flat on his back) with a flashlight looking for entry points. These were "plugged up" and bait was distributed throughout. Problem was solved. The charge of $270 was for a full year of services. I called him back last week (Oct 2011) and asked him to rebait since I was concerned that the cool weather would stir things up again. He returned, found a new small entrypoint, fixed that and rebaited the whole basement. I could not be more pleased with his services. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I would not use anyone else.

We called on Wednesday and they came on Friday. As of Saturday morning, no more squirrel sounds! They called Saturday to see if we heard sounds and whether they should check the traps. Told them not to worry. They came by on Sunday to check the traps - all empty. We've signed up for a year's contract. They will check the traps for about a week, and then will close any possible modes of squirrel access they can find. Great Experience!

A representative from At Once came and inspected, found the hole that had been created in the fascia board. He put and excluder trap in the hole and a few traps on the roof. There had been a squirrel in the wall when he arrived, but eventual got out and was not able to get back in. He left the excluder and traps up for a week to ensure they all had gotten out. When he came back, he removed the squirrel that was caught in the trap on the roof, the excluder, fixed the fascia board and filled the holes drilled into the roof. The job was completed timely, I have no more issues with squirrels and I was very happy with the service.

The guy who came was king of goofy. He acted like he was sick. He kept coughing. He didn't do much. He came right away to do the work. He came when he said he would. His price was fine. I wouldn?t use him in the future.

Great, Mark is very cordial and makes himself available whenever we caught a new critter in one of his traps. He was pretty neat and respectful of our house. He has a great work ethic too.

Even though he had a job to be followed by a prior social engagement for the time we needed him, Marc Cohen not only came over the and did a VERY thorough job of exterminating the hornets, he came back soon after to finish the job - several more had entered the house. He is highly professional, dependable and empathic. He found the nest, thoroughly sprayed throughout the trouble area and carefully made sure that nothing else was disturbed. Marc's knowledge of his subject is obviously academic and his application of the needed remedy was the minimum needed. For the amount of time he spent in our home two times, we expected a whopper of a bill and were SO happily surprised when it was such a small fraction of what we expected that we added a bonus for the excellent work and time spent.

It went well and I have no more mice. I am very pleased with this company.

9/29/15 -- Marc did it again! Charging in on his white steed (well, white van) in response to our call. This time, it was a 10:15PM call about a snake that was beginning to come through our window (open with no screen--stupid me). It was dark and rainy and late and he didn't snicker once as I melodramatically described the big, scary, and completely harmless snake that was hanging out on the window and back door of our house. I don't think he had even been home for the evening and still he came--even though he knew it was a harmless blacksnake. I said I'd feel better if he checked things out so he came. And he didn't just breeze through it, either. We both knew the snake would probably be gone by the time he got here, but he really searched. In the deck box, under cushions, under the grill cover, under the deck--all done by flashlight and in the rain. He even looked in the front yard and in the huge, wet azaleas by my front door. When he left at 11:15, he was still pleasant and reassuring--despite how tired I know he must have been after such a long day of work. I'll never use anyone else. Marc is simply the best. 4/2009 --About four years ago we found this company (At Once Pest & Termite Control, Mr. Cohen) in the phone book when seeking help with an overnight ant infestation. We had same day service and follow up visits at an excellent price (not pushing you to buy a 'protection plan' like everyone else I spoke to that day). Mr. Cohen spent much time trying to find the root of the issue and not just 'treat the symptoms'. He was very aware of the safety of our pets and will avoid any harsh treatments when possible. Once a treatment is done he is very through with information about the treatments. He of course provided very reasonable follow up service for that treatment (since he was unable to guarantee that he found all the ant colonies). After that first job we held on to this information since Mr. Cohen was great and we're not willing to give up a good thing. He is the first person we think of when we have any questions or nuisances regarding little creatures. He is very pleasant, always honest and reliable and responds very well with follow up or repeat work. Most important to me is that he is very aware of pet/person safety and the environment (Mr. Cohen is very passionate about doing a good job and a serious interest in animals and little creatures which becomes obvious as we work with him - he is willing to educate you on the situation so you understand and can work to prevent other issues. If I recall correctly I believe he has a degree in zoology or something regarding animals -- so not just a man with a chemical in a bottle looking to kill something). My family certainly won't lose track of this one! Other comments about additional calls he's come out for (if you need more convincing): At Once Pest Control has inspected our home when we were buying another home. He has treated the back of our house when it became a breeding ground for boxelder bugs. We had a general cleanup treatment for miscellaneous creepy crawlers in our garage (old detached garage with lots of friends making a nice home). We recently have started a termite monitoring service with him to help aid in early detection of termites coming our way (protect our investments rather than find out too late that we've an infestation). Each interaction has been as good as the first.

We have a small apartment building, 3 stories high. The tenants on the 3rd floor were complaining about animals continually running around in the attic, day and night. We have very large trees growing close to the building. It seems the squirrels were gnawing their way into the attic to keep warm during the winter. Marc and his crew came out and trapped the animals and mended the holes in the attic walls or wherever they needed to be fixed. He spent about 3 weeks trapping and was very good about checking back to get our tenants take on the situation. It's been over a month now since he has completed the job and everyone is happy that they are getting a good nights sleep without the patter of little feet all night. Marc also provided us with a 6 month warranty. We are very pleased with the job and would highly recommend his company.

This was a great experience. Marc Cohen and his employee placed traps, continuously came back to remove the traps with the captured squirrels, until they were satisfied all were caught. The job required cutting down tree limbs and other brush to make access more difficult. They even covered areas where it was felt the squirrels or other animals could get access in the future. I would certainly refer Marc's company to everyone.

It was an excellent experience with a great outcome. I have 2 dogs and they had to be kept inside until the fox was found. I'm so grateful for At Once's services and quick response to my problem.

We had been using a nationally recognized company for pest control. They were always making mistakes on the bill and it was hard to get in touch with them. One day 2 years ago, we had a problem with flying ants in our house. Apparently, they can mimic termites. So the company came and did a termite inspection. It was the middle of the winter and they went outside, showed us a few areas where they thought we had termite damage. They admitted they weren't certain we had termites, but recommended we treat for termites. The estimate was extremely high, and they talked about making holes in our foundation. We decided to get a second opinion. I saw an ad for At Once Pest Control in the Yellow Pages and Mark came out to talk to us. I think what caught my eye in the ad was the fact that he has a college degree in zoology ( or something close). From the beginning I liked him. He is honest and professional. He didn't think we had termites, but he said it was hard to be sure. He offered an alternative to treatment which involved setting traps and checking them to see if termites appeared. He has continued to check them and has yet to find any evidence of termites and it's been 2 years. He also treated our house for ants, which have been a nuisance every spring since we moved in our house. He was successful where the other company was not. For the first time since living here, we did not have ants last spring! Mark uses the very best chemicals and explains everything he does. He can be counted on to just show up to check the outside of the house periodically. If we need him to come inside, we just set up an appointment.
