Description of Work: removed bird's nest, eggs and dead bird from attic

Description of Work: The provider had an associate come out to place two snake traps outside and offer tips for keeping snakes away from the home. The following day, the provider came out himself and scanned the exterior of the home, attic, and basement for possible ways snakes and mice could enter the home. He placed two screens on two outside vents for preventative measures.

Description of Work: There were squirrels in the crawl space above the garage. Mark came and set cages to trap them and released them.

Description of Work: The owner of the company, Marc Cohen, came out the day after I called to inspect and give me an estimate. Marc and two of his employees came out a couple of days later and spent the entire day bat proofing attic louvre vents, chimney caps and other potential entry points. In the attic, bat droppings were removed and insulation was replaced where necessary. Marc also discovered that bat bugs were present and treated for those.

Description of Work: Closed several holes in ends of eaves after applying squirrel excluders. Sealed the entire perimeter of the house to keep out mice. Set several traps, caught a couple of racoons and one squirrel.

Description of Work: I talked to Mark about the issue, we thought there might be a raccoon under the deck. He told me over the phone probably not and that they would not create scat in a low place. He asked about holes and thought it might be a fox. I was impressed by his mind and how he thought quickly about the many possibilities, such as whether there were holes in the ground which would determine the kind of animal.

Description of Work: I used the pest control service of At Once Wildlife Solutions.

Description of Work: Had birds beginning to nest in the attic and evidence of a squirrel.

Description of Work: Covered the holes in my soffit except for the one they left open for any remaining birds to exit. Also fixed that hole so that the birds could only exit & not return. They are coming back later this week to finish up by checking & fogging my attic & covering the remaining soffit opening.

Description of Work: We called AT Once Wildlife for snake inspection of the house and seal any holes/entry points. An employee of this company came and did the inspection but did not find any snakes. We went for a one year contract and he sealed some holes in the garage and basement and put a few glue boards that day. He also inspected the attic and removed a bird nest and put some rat poison in the attic. A few days later we saw a mouse trapped on one of the glue boards in the garage. We called Marc and asked him to come and see if there were any more holes that needed to be sealed because we felt that if a mouse could enter the garage then a snake would also be able to enter the garage. Marc came after a couple of days and inspected the house from the exterior and sealed few gaps he found. He also said he would stop by and put mouse poisoned traps in the garage which he did after a few days. He also provided some additional tips and advice to us. Update April 2013: We called AT Once Wildlife this month after we saw a black rat snake moving all along the perimeter of the house trying to enter the house. We had signed a one year contract with them earlier in October 2012. We called Marc again the next day when we saw the same snake sitting on the front porch. Marc stopped by within a couple of hours and took the snake away. He advised what we can do the next time we see a snake outside the house. He was very nice and polite and I did not have to pay for this trip. I would definitely recommed him as he honoured the contract. Update June 2013: We called AT Once Wildlife in June to show some things in the basement that raised suspicion about any gaps/holes in the basement. Marc called back the next day and stopped by to take a closer look and felt there was a minor hole at one end of the basement. This place is a bit difficult to inspect due to pipes & studs but he tried to seal the gaps and also put a few glue boards. So far we have not seen anything on the glue boards. Just wanted to provide this update as Marc continued to honor the one year contract I signed with him and I did not have to pay him for this work. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Squirrel family in the attic was removed. They found the hole that the squirrels created to enter the attic and attached an "exit only" box to the hole. This allowed the squirrels to exit, but not re-enter my home. After the squirrels were out of the attic, At Once confirmed they were gone and then patched the hole. They then went above and beyond by patching what was possibly the beginning of another hole.

Description of Work: Came within hours of our first call about bat on a Sunday. Checked all existing seals around the chimney, bat house, attic for evidence of bats. Found nothing. Arrived at conclusion that bat in house the night before was a random entry not evidence of a colony in the attic or behind the chimney. Will return if we have any additional problems.

Description of Work: Trapped what turned out to be a squirrel in our attic, running around (the squirrel, not Marc).

Description of Work: Set a trap to remove squirrels from inside a wall of my house.

Description of Work: Our Problem: squirrels nesting under a second floor deck and on top of the flat rubber membrane roofing of the room below the deck. The last time they did this, they ate through the rubber membrane roofing material, causing major water damage. When we contacted At Once, the squirrels had begun to build a new nest. We needed the squirrels and the nest removed. Then we needed to block access with heavy wire screening materal. At Once removed the nesting material and covered the open area between each of the joists that support the deck with heavy wire screening which they attached to the house. Each piece of screening was cut, bent to shape and fit, inserted in the gap and firmly attached. The squirrels left once the work began. After closing the holes, two traps were set on the deck, with our approval. One squirrel was caught, the traps were removed after 2 days and the work was finished. We have had no more squirrels under the deck and we are thrilled.
