+ -1 moreI have used them before and am happy with the results. Easy to schedule, inspector was fine with using a lock box and entering the empty apartment without me there. Results were emailed to me within a week, and mailed a few days later. Billing over the phone. Really could not be easier. Prices competitive. Will use them again in the future.
