+ -1 moreOur home warranty company assigned the fridge repair to this company. They took our deductible payment, but did not complete the work. They did not answer calls for 3 months, lied to the home warranty company, saying the work was done. We had to submit a second claim on the same issue and had this company assigned once again. This time around, I refused to pay a deductible until the work was complete, company said the part was coming in, but has now been 3 weeks and they are not returning our calls. Hands are tied because this is a claim through the home warranty. Our renters are without a functioning fridge- so we're forced to pay out of pocket for a new one-- all because this company wouldn't repair with the part we already paid for. Unacceptable. Stay away from this company. If referred by a home warranty- demand another service provider. Have reported to the BBB as a company complaint and as a scam.

+ -1 moreMy warranty company ordered the required hinges and had them sent to Appliance Factory Service. According to UPS tracking, it arrived on June 12th, 2018. It has been a month, and he still refuses to get back in touch with me or my warranty company regarding installing the hinge that was sent to him. I have lost all hope that he will actually finish the job.
