Angie's Cleaning Services

Terribly. I already put in a complaint to customersolutions@homeadvisor.com on 9/17. I made a complaint and asked that the cleaning service be canceled. The cleaner, Jerome, arrived three hours late, took six hours to clean (although I had bought THREE hours), and managed to drip bleach on my carpet in many areas. I made a complaint and sent pictures. Not sure why I have to go through this again. A customer service rep I spoke to yesterday morning directed me to a form I had ALREADY FILLED OUT. I sent a detailed description and pictures of the damage to my carpet and asked that the service be canceled. Yet, the same guy showed up Friday, 9/30 (an hour late), and argued with my sister about whether he had used bleach/not used bleach. SHE HAD HANDED HIM THE BOTTLE OF CHLOROX CLEANUP TO USE IN THE BATHROOM. He did just fine in the bathroom but then proceeded to drip bleachy rags on my carpet, stairs, foyer wood floor, and area rug. The guy also suggested to my sister that she should buy only one hour of cleaning and then pay him cash for the rest. The same guy showed up Friday, 9/30, and argued with my sister about the above. He then sat in his car for about 45 minutes in my cul de sac. Most likely he was talking to Angi and arranging for his next assignment, but it was intimidating enough that I didn't leave my sister in the house alone until I was SURE he was gone. I selected one star but wish I could have selected ZERO or NEGATIVE starts. This was not handled well at all. Angi has no business calling every provider a "pro." It's just not so. You need to contact me. I will resend the complaint and pictures, but I refuse to keep jumping through Angi hoops just to get a reasonable resolution.
