Litterally AMAZING service. Work was done on time, and to great quality. I've worked with a lot of contractors and this is one of the best.

The job was completed on time, and the wrinkles that came up (this was work on an old Balt city row house) were dealt with professionally and competently. Andrew Fitzhugh personally visited to estimate the job, and provided options on how to approach the work. There was no hardsell; just a very professional assessment of the situation. The crew arrived on time, and worked efficiently and neatly. I was impressed with the care they took to keep the house neat (they had to cut holes through the floor and ceiling in the living room), and the cleaniness of the basement when they were done. I'd highly recommend this company; they know their technology, but more importantly they have an appreciation for and respect for the quirks of doing this type of work in older homes.

We had a very challenging project for Andrew and his crew. We had several goals; 1. install the latest high efficiency HVAC equipment to save on utility bills. 2. Increase the overall heating and cooling comfort, especially to the 2nd floor which did not heat or cool evenly compared to the rest of the house. 3. Minimize the duct work and vent pipe intrusion into the living spaces. Andrew was awesome. He spent many hours helping us design our system, providing valuable suggestions and advice. He listened to our concerns, goals and provided us with options that would result in a system that we would be happy with. Andrew never tried to "hard sell" us on anything. In fact, he suggested that for our application the "top of the line" HVAC equipment was not necessary. The crew was excellent. They were focused on doing quality work and did not skip steps to save time. The system was installed in the early fall 2008, and we have been very pleased with the heating system performance this winter. The equipment operation is very quiet and the house heats much more evenly than before. We have not used the air conditioning yet, however based on the heating performance we are confident the cooling performance will also be much improved over our old system.

This guy knew what he was doing and was knowledgeable about what was going on. I watched what he did and he described to me what he was doing and why it was important. I was very impressed with Andrew and his service. He was knowledgeable and explained everything that was necessary to be done with the house. I would call him anytime something needed done.

We are in the first phase of a large basement renovation project which required that our existing furnace and AC be removed. Synchronizing all of the details for the project with the various contractors has been a challenge and we were very happy (grateful) with how responsive Andrew and his crew were to our request with very short notice (3 days). They arrived exactly when they said and were very professional. We have a very reasonable quote from Andrew to install a new gas furnace and AC when the basement is complete. I will add a new entry when installation of the new equipment is complete.

Very well. On time - only hiccup was lack of permit so work had to stop when the permit man came by. Problem solved quickly and without incident. We were very happy with how little ductwork had to be installed.
