Description of Work: First I emailed to set up an estimate, very specifically asking if they performed certain services. I was told to call the office, I did. This was Tuesday of this week. They needed to see if that was something they did. After being put on hold three times, the administrator said they'd call me back to schedule something for Friday. Today is Thursday and I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: The price included an Angie's coupon, so it would have been $189 otherwise. I had had the gas boiler for our hot water heat installed several years ago--maybe 10 0r 15. After a while, the fill valve was dripping, so our plumber said his furnace guy could fix it. It installed an adjacent valve, and, frankly, that furnace guy was flakey not only in his attendance but also in his furnace work. The over-fill pipe would leak all over the floor and flood the basement or the valve needed to be closed and it was a mess. That plumber has since retired, so there's no point in naming him. He was great for actual plumbing, but for other stuff, not so much. So the filler valve has been deflicted for some time now, and I've had miscellaneous people look at it when they were here for something else. This time I caught it flooding in time and decided it was time to get somebody who knew what they were doing. The furnace guy from Amazing, Tom, came when he was scheduled, which was the same day I called (I said it was not an emergency). He looked at the valve, figured out which pressure needed adjusting, adjusted it, described it all to me, and described what we'd have to do if that didn't work. Which apparently it has. Yay.
