Mr. Fitzhugh, president of Amazing Heating and Air Conditioning, worked with me to find the system that best met my needs. His workers were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Mr. Fitzhugh followed up when the work was completed to make sure everything was in order and taught me (patiently) how to correctly use and care for my new equipment. In addition, Mr. Fitzhugh identified other problems that needed to be corrected so they'd be up to code. He corrected the problems that he could. For the problems he was not able to correct, he helped me describe the problems for the next contractor. I am glad I chose Amazing to do this work

Excellent company. Kept appointments on time and had work crew in the house as scheduled. Workers were polite and very thorough. Removed all old equipment and cleaned up work area. Would not hesitate to use thhis firm again.

They were by far the best salesman. They did use and leave the manufactures sales aids. Also the only contractor to leave a complete check list of everything that would be done. Andrew was the only one out of four to point out the fact that the old furnace was installed in a non serviceable position for removal of the circulation fan. I am living in an old house built in 1959. Andrew Fitzhugh the President of the company came to my house checked the system I had and made GREAT recommendation on how to get the BEST comfort for a low price. He was very thorough and very informative of what was best for my house. He did NOT cut corners to try to save me money that would end up later costing me more money. He advised me what I could do to qualify for the Federal Tax refund for saving energy and on top of that he filled out all the paperwork so I could get a $350.00 rebate from BGE.

Very thorough, professional, and neat company. Andrew, the owner, was great! He spent a lot of time discussing technologies and options with me and he accomodated relocating my new heatpump. He provided very competitive prices and his crew performed their work with great professionalism and neatness. Amazing H&AC has been a great company to work with. The only negative is that they don't provide as extensive a warranty as larger companies. But, you get a lot of personal attention and very professional installation. I know that my new system was properly installed and that Andrew would take care of any problems that arise.
