The represetntative arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (clogged waterline) in about 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable. It would use their services again.

They were fast (finished the whole project in 2 days) , professional, and cleaned up everything really well. The airflow in the house has been greatly improved, and we're looking forward to actually being able to use the addition in the winter months now that it is being properly heated.

I had a heat pump that wasn't blowing warm enough to keep up with the recent cold Andrew was prompt and a good communicator. He called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He solved an unusual problem quickly demonstrating his technical knowledge and diagnostic skills. Good problem solving skills lead to shorter visits and less chance of a call back (where the guy fixes the symptom and not the underlying cause). He is very friendly, and explained everything he did. He also was very happy to answer all questions I asked. Finally, his rates are very reasonable. There is no doubt that I will use Andrew again for any future problems
