 + -1 moreAnatol was very thorough. He arrived at least 12-30min early and had already looked over most of the exterior. He did an excellent job explaining both good and bad things observed throughout the house. We had the report emailed to us the same evening and received a CD containing pictures, report, and letter in the mail a couple days after. He also included an appliance recall report that showed that the dishwasher may be on a recall list to follow up on. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend ALP.
