Mike Young gave us a quick and fair estimate to do the work. He committed to having the work done by the end of June. All the residents of the building were asked to remove their screens, which they did. He started the work late and then only partially finished the job. I received incredible pressure from the residents about when he would be coming, when they could put their screens back in, etc. I made repeated phone calls to Mike about the completion of the work. Most of the time, my calls were not returned. When I would finally reach Mike, he told me the ladder had broken, he was waiting for a part, the weather was not good, and so on. He promised several times that he would show up the next day but never did. After more than two months of calling and waiting, I finally canceled the rest of the job. Fortunately, we had not paid him for the work.
