He started outside at the box between the telephone company's responsibility and the house. I had already checked this,but as a professional he went through the process of verification. He evaluated the crackling on the line. Finally, he checked ALL of the existing jacks and proceeded to replace some of the faulty wiring.

Bud was able to come out on the same day I called him. He was right on time to the hour. He was both informative and accurate about what needed doing and why. He had a legacy wire that gave short and was able to offer an alternative to pulling a new wire that got the system reliably up and running. He as done with the job in two hours.

Quick response, and fast service. I was very impressed, and was up and running again in about an hour.

Called very last minute and Bud was very responsive. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend him!!

Everything went straight forward. The only caveats were the estimate I was given and how the phone lines were run. I was given an estimate that was less than the cost because Bud thought that I wanted one jack less repaired than I did. I can't swear whether he heard me wrong or I told him wrong but a little warning that the last jack wasn't included in the estimate would have been helpful. Also, all of the lines are visible. They are all along the top of the baseboard but they are still very neat. I was expecting all of the lines to be inside the baseboard. I'm guessing that since the lines were installed that way, it would have taken much longer and costed more to try to run the lines inside the baseboard but it still would have been nice to get an explanation as to why he didn't do it that way or how much time or cost would have been necessary to not have the line running along the wall.

There price was reasonable and a fantastic service.

I emailed Bud on a Friday evening. He got back to me by email on Monday with an apology for the tardiness of the call as he had been away on the weekend. We subsequently talked on the phone. I explained the situation. We made an appointment. He was very accommodating to my somewhat unusual schedule. He arrived on time, did the job, made certain that everything worked and left.

Mr. Kafes responded to my e-mail and performed the work within a 3-day period. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attitude. He performed the work, cleaned everything up and left the area (especially the area around the broken jack) in much better shape than it was before he came!

Bud was here in less than 24 hours, worked quickly and solved the problem.
