Called about hearing oil. Was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 7 days They came out at about 10 days and only put 9 gallons in a 250 gallon tank. And never said anything to us. I finally checked tank and realized it was still empty. Called them back and they were again supposed to come back out and fill it. Never heard anything from them so called them today and now they say they can't fill the tank for some reason. No other company has ever had any issue with filling the tank except this company. Now I have to spend $1 more per gallon because of their inability to do their job.

was charged for 250 gal heating oil for will-call service. oil tank took 232.6 gal but still charged for 250 gal. I had to call when I noticed that I did not receive a credit for the difference. they did credit my account but I wonder how many other people notice. Teresa said it is their standard practice.

I've used Alliance Fuel Co for oil delivery since I moved into my home two years ago and they've been professional and timely each time and plan to continue using them.

Smooth Transaction. Called number and ordered 150 gallons of fuel oil. I'm not looking for a service contract or automatic delivery - something many of the other fuel delivery companies try to twist your arm for. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and the fuel was delivered as requested the following morning. They were unabile to give a delivery time window... which most will do. Overall satisfied with the transaction. Just remember - your only ordering oil/nothing else. I had originally called griffith but the person who answered the phone had and quot;attitudeand quot; in her voice when i asked how much the oil was. Seems like they would post their prices if they don't want people to call.

Their prices like everyone are and they got there when they were suppose to. Nothing really stood out it was all straight forward. I won't be using them again because I no longer use oil heat anymore.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THE PROCESS WAS MADE EASY BY THE TECHNICIAN. THEY RETURNED MY CALLS PROMPTLY. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE JOB DONE.
