They contacted me quickly after I called them after hours. The next day they picked up my laptop and had it back to me the next day. They gave me a report that showed the viruses and malware I had on my system and they also backed up my emails and files without charge. Excellent service and very professional.
Description of Work: My computer was running slow and then wouldn't turn all the way on. I had emails and files that I needed to get off of the system.
