+ -1 moreIt went well. They removed the real tough stains I thought were impossible to remove and they had the whole house smelling great. I would recommend them to anyone in the DC metro area. The only thing I do want to say is that I wish they were dressed a little more professional. I mean they got the work done but first impressions are important as well. Try them out you won't regret them.
Description of Work: We had just moved in a 3 level townhouse that was filthy so I had to hire carpet cleaners. I called Dwayne and they were able to carpet clean the same day I made the appointment. Once they arrived they got their equipment together and showed me a few carpet cleaning demos so that I can chose which one I want. I went with the deep scrub like I mentioned the townhouse carpet was a filth. Well they finished in 2 hrs and left the place like new. It was great.
