 + -1 moreBob provided a report of the home's condition with exhaustive detail. We were writing a contract on a home without having seen it ourselves in person because we had not yet returned from an overseas assignment-- and Bob's photos and descriptions of each and every issue were most appreciated and helpful. His work allowed us to negotiate with the seller to have issues repaired that we would never have been able to identify ourselves. He provided the report and photos the same day of the inspection and returned responses quickly throughout the process.
Description of Work: Bob Bowen performed a complete home inspection and radon testing for our prospective home.
