Description of Work: They came out 4 times before actually fixing the problem. Charged me for each visit even though I called them and told them the system stopped working right after they left.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with him. His name is Nick Rinaldi. He is self-employed and he was referred by a friend. The new water heater is working well. We do not have any issues. He was very prompt and courteous. I think he was fairly priced and he cleaned up after himself. We were happy with him.
Description of Work: I did have plumbing work done and a new water heater put in by ABC Plumbing & Heating Co. Inc. He replaced a water heater. He had to remove it. He needed some assistance with that because he actually had my son help him out get it out of the house.

+ 1 moreFirst of all, this company said they could get to us within 24 hours, it took more than three days! Our kitchen sink was clogged, and the plumber said we would need to replace the mainline in our basement, and dig through the cement floor. He proceeded to give us an estimate for more than $2,000 to do this! When I got a second opinion, it was obvious that this plumber was simply trying to talk me into something I didn't need.
Description of Work: Plumber tried to clear clogged drain in kitchen.

+ -1 moreNEEDED TO GET REPAIR DONE QUICKLY. PLUMBER WAS EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COST SEEMED TO BE REASONABLE. WOULD USE AGAIN.
Description of Work: COLD WATER FAUCET IN BASEMENT SINK WAS CONSTANTLY RUNNING. PLUMBER REPLACED TRAY IN BASEMENT AND FAUCETS.
