I paid for the work that was supposed to be completed and it hasn't. The salesman I paid for the work completed a portion and is no longer with the company. The company is now telling me the salesman made a mistake and it will cost me $17,000 for them to finish my fence. The amount of fence agreed upon by seller was not provided . I will never use them again. The company did not honor the contract and statements that the seller had promised, me the customer.

Customer was given estimate for two 2) fence projects at her property. One to fence in yard completely and a less expensive option in a smaller portion of the yard. The customer chose the smaller/less expensive option and signed a contract & gave a deposit stating the same. However, after fence installation was completed as per contract, the customer demanded that the rest of the yard be fenced in for free despite the contract clearly stating/showing what work was to be done. Customer was then given a proposal to fence in the additional portion of the yard. Copies of the estimate & contract can be provided, if requested.
