Job Well done

This gentleman didn’t have a business card, didn’t have his company name on the receipt, didn’t have any identification on his truck. When I told him I changed my mind and didn’t want his services, he accused me of being unaccustomed to paying his total fee ($525) to “a young black man,” essentially, calling me racist. Having been scammed earlier in the week, I was very leery of a professional with so many “red flags.” I still had to pay him $125 for his site visit. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Whitney helped me find a contractor that would remove the mold and in my price range. Great company!

Mr. Whitney Seay was professional, but personable as well. He made a thorough inspection of my area, submitted samples to the lab and posted my report by email, as promised.

Whitney was very responsive, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered my questions. My only recommendation would be for him to give the inspection and lab prices prior to appointment. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Provide visit/analysis cost up front before an analysis is made.

Quick to respond, came out same day to collect air sample. A bit pricey to receive rush results, which was attributed to the Lab

We were in a bind and needed our inspection in a short notice. The Inspector went over and above to help us out. Wonderful guy!

The samples were collected on a Monday night and were sent to the lab on Tuesday I received the report the following Monday, so there was more than a three day turnaround time. But there was a weekend involved and the delay really did not cause me any inconvenience. I am remote from the work site so I could not observe the technician as he worked. However, the inspector I dealt with seemed knowledgeable, informative and aware of the options open to me.
