SHAMROCK CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

It worked out fine, I don't have any complaints. The price was reasonable. I never seen anyone so clean and put together as this young man that came to do the work. The work was fine and fast, he was neat.

It worked out well. There were two workers. They were professional.

They're very good. He's kind of thin, he moves the furniture, and he does a really excellent job. I will be calling them soon to take car of the carpets. Their responsiveness is very good. I had no complaints with them. It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete.

It was fine. They've been out twice. It was just one person and it took them maybe two or three hours to complete the work. I'm actually thinking carpet cleaning services right now and I intend to give them a call this afternoon. I would give them a grade A for 2012 and I would give them a grade B for 2015 because there were a couple of additional things that they did in 2012 that I thought were better than what they provided in 2015.

It was a good experience. It only took him an hour and a half. He put the little pieces of plastic under the furniture legs so that the wood wouldn't' get into the carpet.

He came in and did an excellent job. A's all the way around. He delivered exactly what he said he would, in terms of quality and pricing. He did it in the time he said he would. He cleaned up after himself and was done in and didn't ask for a dime until I was absolutely happy and he walked me thru the job.

They were pretty good, they cleaned the carpet pretty well. They were punctual and fast.

My wife took care of it. They did pretty well. They were good. We would consider using them again. I would not say that there was anything in particular that I like about their services.

Good. They came out twice. I don't remember the cost at all, but I remember that when we priced out different places they were comparable to the other. The workers were great. They were very professional. There were 2 people to complete the service. I don't know how long it took to complete because they came before work and so I left them there, and they left. They did everything really well. They got some stains out of the carpet that we discussed before hand they said they weren't sure if they'd be able to, but they got them. They just cleaned the carpets.

I got a couch from online. The cost was very reasonable.

The service was very good. They were very prompt on the arrival within the time window that they had given us. They provided excellent service, very good customer interface. They did what they said they were going to do and for the amount they said they were going to do it for. We were very pleased with the results.

They do a remarkable job. I don?t know what it is that they use to clean the carpets, but it really is surprisingly well cleaned. I have actually gotten them at 6:00 in the morning when people were moving in the afternoon or whatever. They will accommodate that early. I mean it?s kind of crazy, but they did that over at one of the units and I was pretty impressed with that. I thought, ?oh god, I can?t believe it, that is awesome!? I guess the price is average, I don?t know. I just use them because they do a really good job and it?s worth the price to me. It?s kind of an issue of value versus cost. I think the value is very high and the cost is reasonable. Punctuality is no problem. I have used them a number of times. I use them because all those things are very positive. I am the type of guy that punctuality is important to me. The first time out there and they have bad service or don?t get there on time or whatever, that is always a mark against them and it is not happening again; I would never use them again. These guys, Shamrock has always been very conscientious. It really is the best, and I use a lot of different contractors from time to time depending on when I fine someone good I stick with them. I would have to say they are probably one of the most overall reliable and consistently good performing contractors that I have used for any purpose, whether it is plumbing, electrical or whatever. It didn?t take long to do the work because the units are not that big, they are like 1,100 square feet on average and it?s not all carpeting. It takes maybe 2 hours to do the work. The workers were extremely respectful and reliable. They do a good job, they are very clean. Of course, that is what they are doing, they are cleaning. There is really not a lot in the way of debris that gets left behind or anything like that in that kind of operation. They come in with their equipment and then leave with it.

Timothy did an awesome job every time. Some of the carpets in my rentals were pretty nasty and I was sure that they would be permanently stained, but he got them completely clean, like new. Very reasonably priced, excellent work, got the jobs done quickly, and great to work worth. I highly recommend Shamrock!

Tim was great. He contacted us well in advance and was flexible around our move in schedule. He cleaned the carpets in our home thoroughly, managing to get out some tough old stains that looked permanent. He was very honest and managed our expectations very well. The end results were great.

Couldn't be happier. He was unable to clean the chairs because he uses water based solvent but he tried a swatch and we both decided to forego.
