Description of Work: The provider called prior to arriving for the scheduled appointment. He was prompt and provided efficient service. We had three areas cleaned, including a set of stairs. We were very impressed with the results. Stains on the family room floor were removed and did not reappear after the carpet was dry. We would use this provider again and certainly recommend their services to others.

Description of Work: When we prepared my mother's house for sale shortly after her death, Shamrock did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets.

Description of Work: Tim arrived promptly even though the weather was really bad. He thoroughly cleaned and deodorized carpeting in three rooms and a staircase. Carpets look better than I ever imagined they would - especially with the puppy stains he had to get out, and I hope the house continues to smell this good throughout the holidays! I'll definitely use Shamrock in the future.

Both after five years of people and pets were starting to look dingy and I had little hope of seeing much improvement, as I had them cleaned previously with little change afterwards. | |Tim did a fabulous job and I am thrilled with the results. They look nearly new... He was even able to clean the back of the sofa where our dog loves to scratch his back, leaving lovely dark skin oil stains. Thank you, Shamrock! I would definitely recommend them to friends, and already have.
