Description of Work: Not much - was to clean carpet in a very lightly lived in condo. equipment was old, did not move a chair or a plant - just went around the open areas without much effort. Everyone who saw the carpet after cleaning were shocked at how ineffective it was. Very disappointed

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Shamrock Carpet Cleaning. As before, the service was great! He was very flexible in working with me on times and did a wonderful job with my carpets. I had some company come over soon after the carpets were done and someone actually thought we had gotten new carpets. Can't say enough good things about their service!
