From the first phone call I made to walking out the door when the job was complete, Tim could not have been more prompt, reliable, and top notch quality. This was SUCH an easy process! Called one day, and he was here he next - the EXACT TIME he said he would be! Even called and gave us a 30 minute heads up before his arrival time. Very nice guy and couldn't have been more reasonable!!! You will NOT regret hiring Shamrock!! Will definitely keep this number in my contact list for future!

Carpets cleaned well, stains removed

The owner Tim was fabulous. He has structured his business well with email and phone alerts. He was professional, meticulous and he clearly cares about and takes pride in his work. He also does that work quite well. I had my carpets cleaned two years ago by a company that has always had excellent ratings on Angie's List and Tim did a much better job. He even removed a couple of old pet stains that the other company had left behind. I also thought his price was competitive, especially since he did such a good job. I have already referred him to several friends and would hire him again in a second.

Thought upholstery might be vacuumed first to pick up loose dirt, but was not. Did not cover the floor (carpet) with anything at all. Essentially placed dining chairs on top of sofa and cleaned that way. After having left, I dropped something between the cushions and reached to retrieve and came back with a handful of food particles and dirt (didn't clean in between/behind cushions). Carpet was soaking wet when they left. Would definitely not recommend or hire again.

It was great. Two people came to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. They left the area very clean. They were very polite and they did a good job cleaning the carpet.

We've used them many many time over a long period of time and he's wonderful. He got a mildew stain out that I didn't think anybody could get out. When he was finished it looked like it was never even there. He's nice, he's kind, he's honest. I recommend him highly.
