Description of Work: I have had Tim back a number of times and have used his services for about 6 years now. His work is amazing. He has cleaned up carpets in my rental units that I thought were goners. Plus he does my home regularly to help me stay ahead of my puppies. I have had other carpet cleaners in the past and none have done as good a job or been priced as reasonably as Shamrock. I won’t go anywhere else.

The price Mr. McKnight gave me on the phone was exactly the price I paid and included a 10% off senior discount. He gave me a time frame of arrival for two hours when so many others tie you up an entire morning or afternoon with their arrival time. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the work took exactly the time he estimated it would take. I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends and will definitely have him back for future work. He said upon leaving that if anything wasn't the way I wanted it to give him a call and he would stop back out. The drying time was rather quick compared to work I have had in the past when the carpet remains wet forever.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was done in family room, in the hallway and on the stairs and included cleaning of two recliners. The carpet in the hallway and stairs were particularly dirty and the finished result really brightened them up. The recliners were a little tricky because they are separate but yet are together through a track on the bottom. They had to be cleaned and then put back into the track. Mr. McKnight was very professional and very courteous. I asked for an estimate for future work on other carpets in the house and said since it wouldn't occur for maybe another year I understood his price may increase some at that time. He said no, he would honor the price he was giving me that day. Mr. McKnight was excellent in his communication. I was able to reach him with my first phone call and then emailed him re. some questions I had. He emailed me back promptly. An excellent company to deal with.

Excellent job. Carpets and couch look great. Professional attitude and appearance. No attempt to inflate the job. On time and worked hard. Only negative was that the couch cushions required over a day to dry under favorable conditions, rather than the 5 hour estimate we were given, but this caused no inconvenience.

Tim, the owner/operator, was very pleasant on the phone, and gave me a good description of the process he uses. He stuck to his estimate, which was lower than some of the competitors on Angie's List. I told him that one of the bedroom carpets was very old and that we didn't expect miracles. He gave the best response: We'll try to accomplish miracles! He got out stains that had been in that carpet forever, plus some other stains. He also did something extra, which was tacking a loose carpet step where the carpet had pulled loose from the riser. He arrived on time, and the carpet dried fairly quickly. He put blocks under the legs of heavy furniture (until it dried), and left us booties to wear while the carpet was still damp. (nice touch!) There was no unpleasant odor. We will definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends.
Description of Work: Two carpeted bedrooms and third floor (larger) finished attic, plus one standard flight of carpeted stairs.

Tim, the service provider, was prompt in setting an appointment. He arrived on time, and was very professional. The quote he gave on the phone was the actual price I was charged. Everything looked great when he was finished, and there were no problems to speak of. He was able to get out the salad dressing spots from around my dining table. The carpets dried quickly. I was able to sit on the furniture in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with the level of service, how polite Tim was, and the condition of my carpet and upholstery after it was cleaned. I recommend giving this company a call.
