I think it went well. Even though some of the stains could not come out because of the conditions of storage. He was able to clean them, remove mildew and take out the smell of the container. Tim was a good guy.

This is the second time we've used Tim, and he still offers the same stellar carpet cleaning service. He's thorough and works on tough stains like it's his own home. We feel like this time he went above and beyond what others would do because he braved the icy roads so that we could take advantage of the fact that my wife and I were both home because of Snowmageddon 2010. It's nice to see someone take as much pride in their work, as I do with mine. Ahhh, we've found our carpet cleaning diamond in the rough. Our family gives him 8 thumbs up!

How did it go? Amazing! I emailed the company last week, a date and time was selected. He arrived on time and got to work. He took so much care to get out as many stains as possible and really went over and above all of my expectations. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service! Also, the price is ridiculously cheap compared to any single competitor out there.

I contacted the company via email and received a prompt response and price quote. Mr. McKnight was very professional in his communications. I needed to schedule a Saturday date for service, and this was no problem. Mr. McKnight gave me a two hour window for his arrival. He called on the day of service to let me know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He wore protective covers on his shoes to keep from tracking snow into my house on the hardwood floors. He took great care to protect the floors while cleaning the upholstery. He did a thorough job! My sofa and loveseat had numerous stains from the granchildren's sippy cup spills and my cat coming inside wet and then laying on the furniture. He was able to remove all of the stains! My furniture is now clean and looks great. He also did an excellent job on the stairs. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of service, and know that I will use this company again in the future.

I emailed Tim a couple of weeks ago to schedule the carpet and furniture cleaning. He responded with an email within a day and gave me my choice of a couple of days and times for the week I had requested, and our appointment was set. I told him what exactly I wanted cleaned, and as usual he was able to give me a spot-on price over email. There is no guesswork on his part for the pricing. He knows exactly what he will charge and is very upfront about it. So many places have to see the carpet, blah, blah, blah. He arrived at the designated time, went about his work immediately and was finished in a little less than an hour and a half. We had moved some small items out of his way, but he is very good at offering to move items that are too big for the average person to handle. When he arrived, I asked if he would help straighten the large area rug in the dining room because it was somewhat out of its proper position, and he readily agreed to do that. He is always very accommodating and professional as well as courteous. I also like the fact that it doesn't take forever and a day for the carpet to dry. Tim always supplies little plastic slippers to use while the carpet is drying. I recommend Tim to anyone who wants a superior job done at a very reasonable cost.

Tim gave me an estimate over the phone for the job and that was exactly what he charged, no surprises. He gave me a time window when he would arrive, called a couple of times to let me know his E.T.A., and then arrived within the projected time. The carpet was cleaned very nicely and he got some spots out that I had given up on. The job was done professionally and promptly, and the price was reasonable. I am happy that I chose this company to do the work.

They are fantastic. The owner does the actual cleaning; I think that is great. He had assured me that if the spots came back within a month, then he would come back and do the cleaning. I did call him back regarding one spot and he did come back. He found few other spots and cleaned them. I can?t say enough about him and his company. He has great work ethics. His prices are extremely reasonable, too. He always includes the stairs and he doesn?t charge me for the same. I had the same cleaning work done by another company and they charged me thrice the price that Shamrock Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning charges me. I?d recommend them to everyone.

I called and spoke with Tim who gave me the price over the phone - he guaranteed that the price would not change even though we had some stains, large bedrooms and three walk-in closets. Based on his high rating on Angie's List and the very reasonable price, we booked him. He showed up right on time, was extremely pleasant, and finished the job in about 1.5 hours. He did an outstanding job - absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended.

The cleaner was clear in his estimate what would look like new, what would look very good and one part of the carpet that he said would look significantly better but not perfect. When he was done, it all came out as he expected.

Tim rocks. Not only was he super professional and very attentive to details, he was the quickest to respond when I called (I called 8 cleaners in our area), and he was by far the most affordable. We're definitely going to do business with him again. Highly recommend him.

T'im the owner/operator did a very good job of cleaning rugs and removing all stains on rugs. Tim was on time and very pleasant to deal with.I would hire him again if needed. He left house neat and smelling very nice.

Tim does great work. He is very friendly and so easy to work with. I was very pleasantly surprised how clean the carpets got. High traffic dirt and water stains were removed. I am very pleased. I've already recommended his work to a friend who was impressed with the results.

Everything went great. Tim arrived promptly at 8am to start work. He doesn't tie you up with ridiculous scheduling times; he gives you a time, and he's there at that time. The carpet cleaning involved my Rec Room, and he also cleaned the steps leading upstairs. The two recliners and sofa were very tedious because I have two dogs, and they are allowed on the furniture. Even though the furniture is regularly vacuumed, it is difficult to get the dog hair out. Tim worked very diligently to clean them up. He also cleaned a small throw rug which I keep near my door to wipe our feet on. No mention was made of that when I asked him to clean the carpet, but he always goes the extra mile and did that, too, without being asked. He is very prompt to get back to you, very professional, courteous and accommodating.

We had it done at the end of March. The carpets in the living room, hallway and the stairs were done and the work he did was excellent. He was scheduled to come at 11 one morning, and he called me around 10 and told me that his people had not given him the exact measurements and that he could not make it. He was very apologetic and said that he was going to make arrangements to come that evening or another day. He gave me a date and time and was punctual. He also gave me a huge discount. He was very customer friendly and I would use him again and also recommend him to others.

Outstanding work! Tim was extremely easy to work with! I pointed out problem areas and the results were super! Not only did the carpets look great initially, but they stayed clean longer than any other carpet cleaner we have ever used.

The carpets in my rental property were extremely dirty. He was able to get all the stains out. He is very polite and honest. I will definitely use him again and again!

I scheduled the appointment one week out and was provided an estimate over the phone. Tim called me within the arranged window to tell me he was on his way. When I answered the door, he politely waited outside the screen door until I invited him in. He walked through the spaces with me to ensure we covered everything and quickly went to work. He was very considerate of my entire house and even wiped up the water he tracked onto the hard wood floors from his trips outside (it was a rainy day). Everything cleaned up beautifully, including the cream colored furniture! He was very polite and extremely professional! I will hire him the next time I need areas cleaned.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Called several companies for "rough" estimates and Shamrock gave the best and most reasonable price. They accommodated my moving and work schedules and gave a 2 hr window. I had asked if they could call when they were on their way so I wouldn't have to leave work earlier than necessary and I received the call about 40 minutes before the estimated arrival time. (He was actually a few minutes early at the beginning of the window) He was very professional and went right to work. Several potential problem areas were pointed out as he went through but said he'd try his best. I was surprised at how much he was able to clean up. Noticed him down on hands and knees working on stains individually wherever needed-very impressed. Price came in exactly as quoted over the phone-I will definitely recommend and use them again.

They were great! They were a little bit late, but they called to let me know that they would be. He made sure that he did not leave a mess. They did a very thorough job in the cleaning.

Excellent experience, overall. Furniture looks great and much brighter. It was well worth the expense to remove the traces of all the workmen. Furniture smelled much nicer after the cleaning. This wasn't a big job and at first I thought it was too small to call in a professional cleaner, but 2 of the chairs were quite expensive and Tim seemed happy to oblige. I will definitely call him again.
