Shamrock rocks! I called and left a message with our timeframe and what we needed. At first they called me back (something no one else I called bothered to do) to say that it probably would not be possible to meet our schedule, then after speaking to them they checked and were able to fit us in. They were able to get in and clean our carpets right after we closed on a new house. They did a very thorough job and got out some stains I did not think would come out. They were extremely through and professional. Even with fitting us in, they did not skimp on the cleaning. We are thrilled to be able to move into a house with nice clean carpeting. We would definitely use them again and recommend to friends/family!

What a wonderful experience! Scheduling was a breeze -- I left message and got a very prompt return call. They put me on the schedule very quickly due to last minute cancellation. Turned up exactly on time. Explained what would happen and answered all questions. Was courteous, efficient, professional. Keen on doing the job well. I was very pleased with the work done and felt confident our house was in great shape for guests whom we were expecting the following week. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I plan on giving them my business in the future.

He gave me a great estimate. He was able to book me for VERY soon after the call. He came early. It took him even less than he had estimated and when the job was done, everything looked great!!!

Very responsive from the first phone call with an estimate to the day the service was performed. He provided a lot of options for times, a and called the day of and offered to come early as he had a cancellation. He was very respectful of our house, and careful to not too damage anything. He was also very tolerant of our crazy dog! It was nice to deal with a smaller company with an owner operator, I got great service and didn't feel like I was paying for overhead.

Overall an excellent experience. We were buying a new house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned prior to moving in. I called Shamrock based on their feedback; when I called I spoke to Tim directly and described the size of the job. Tim quoted me a price based on my description, and I scheduled Tim to come the morning after the settlement, when the house was empty. Tim called me on the way for some directions (the address wasn't coming up on his GPS, which seems to be common for my property). Once he arrived he described what he would be doing and then he was off to work. I was working on cleaning the kitchen so never had any need to walk on the carpets while they were wet. Tim did an excellent job with the cleaning, working for a solid three hours to get the whole house done (it's a fairly large house). In the end his price was the same as his quote and I was happy to pay it. The carpets looked and smelled clean and I'm glad to have had this done prior to moving in the furniture.

My sunroom and upstairs hallway are rather old (18 yr.) carpets. They were not heavily stained, but did have dark filtration lines around the baseboards. Tim worked extra hard at that and got most if not all of the dark dusty lines out. The carpets look better than I thought possible given their age. I have had them cleaned before, but not with such satisfactory results. I would highly recommend him.

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.We contacted Shamrock to get a price on our carpets to be cleaned, strectched, and some stains removed. Tim promptly replied with a reasonable estimate and a flexible schedule for completing the work.Tim was very accomadating since we had to cancel and reschedule twice. Once the job was completed we very pleased with the carpets. All the stains were removed and most of the wrinkles were removed from stretching. Tim was very professional in performing the job from being promptly on time and making sure he didn't track any dirt in the house from the outside by wearing protective covering over his shoes. He took his time and performed a thorough job and we will definitely be using him again and would recommend Shamrock Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning to anybody. 9-1-12 Tim removed all the spots and the carprt looked brand new. Shamrock was very responsive to my needs. I had to reschedule and he was very accomodating. Did a nice job cleaning the carpets and stretching the hallway. Carpet is pretty old, but it came out nice. Unfortunately some old furniture stains from the previous ownere couldn't completely come out, but he did a good enough job trying his best to make them less noticeable. Would highly recommend.

The work was done promptly in a very professional manor. I'm amazed at how many stains (mostly pet stains) were removed from the carpet. The couch looks great. Even saggy cushions look like new and the pet hair I could never remove is gone. Great job!

GREAT JOB / WOULD USE AGAIN (details below)The carpets upstairs in the rooms were filthy and stained from a previous renter (who definitely had indoor pets) and although my property manager claimed that they were professionally cleaned prior to my family moving in to the house, I had my doubts. Of course, after having Shamrock clean them, the stains disappeared and the carpets can now be declared "move-in" clean.I took advantage of a special that was offered on the company's website and the services were performed as advertised. The "B" in punctuality is due to the fact that he arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time. It's no big deal though as he was courteous, professional and finished the job on time, when he said he'd be done.

I had the carpets cleaned because of some spots on my dining room floor. He was able to get them all out. The carpets look great now.

Shamrock called prior to arriving to let me know the exact time he would arrive. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and explained the services he was going to perform and once complete explained the drying time and provided foot covers in case we needed to get to something stored in the area cleaned. I would recommend Shamrock to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

MIke was responsive. I got a call back right away. I have many people come into my waiting room and office in all kinds of weather. Often they eat there, too. The area around my desk was gross-- I guess I'm a slob with my lunches. It had been a while since I had my carpets cleaned. I couldn't be happier with the work Shamrock did-- my carpets look fabulous, and Mike was punctual, polite, just perfect. I'll definitely use Shamrock again.

I called Tim the just a few days before I needed my carpets cleaned and he was able to fit it in. He called 15 min prior to arriving. He was punctual, professional, and the carpets looked great.

Scheduled the appointment within a week on the phone with Tim, the owner and (sole) operator of the business. He arrived on time and was entirely professional and diligent. Could not have been better.

What a great deal! Very reasonably priced, friendly and professional, great work. One of the few carpet cleaners we've had who actually vacuums and cleans carefully prior to shampooing.

Tim arrived on time. He observed that I have three cats and proposed to set up his equipment in the foyer rather than outside on the porch so that the door would not be open. He spread out plastic underneath the couch being cleaned to protect the carpet. The couch and chars look great. What more needs to be said!!

Great company. Tim is very professional. He accommodated us when we had to reschedule multiple times due to our settlement being pushed back twice. He did a great job. The carpets looked great. He was very reasonably priced. 199 dollars for a four bedroom house and 70 dollars for 2 bedroom apartment. Plan on using Shamrock Carpet Cleaners every 6 months to keep our carpets fresh.
