The owner is always professional, on time, and works diligently and carefully to clean all items. The cost listed was for cleaning my living room furniture. I have a light-colored large sofa, love seat, over-sized chair and ottoman - all with large pillows as the back cushions. The last time I had carpets cleaned, the owner was able to remove old stains I did not think could be removed!

Spectacular service!!! My carpets were the cleanest ever with every room having that clean, fresh smell. Tim owns and operates his business as a professional. He pays attention to detail. I have recommended his service to others.

I selected Shamrock from Angie's List. I described the work I wanted done and the owner gave me an estimate over the phone. We made an appointment and he showed up as promised. The furniture had never been cleaned so it required quite a lot of work. I was very please with the result. The owner is a very professional and tidy worker. I believe the price was really reasonable for the work that was done.

He responded quickly to my request. He was able to work with MY schedule. His price was good, and he was very careful when working inside my home. I would certainly use him again.

They did a great job. There was some spots that came back in our basement that he had told us might come back. He came back and retreated them at no charge. Everything was fine. They do a good job for a fair price.

Everything went great. I was able to communicate directly with the owner, Tim, via email. I used email to get a firm price quote and to schedule the work. Tim showed-up on time, and did a great job!

I have had Shamrock come in to clean the playroom for the past two years when I (and the kids!) are on vacation. This past year, the friend who was going to meet Tim and let him in forgot about the appointment. I was immediately called and the appointment was rescheduled for the following week. Tim did not charge me for the missed appointment. I really appreciated his understanding.

This was an excellent experience: All the more appreciated after having gotten the run-around from other companies. When I called they responded immediately with scheduling information and pricing - and I had an appointment in no time. This was a welcome relief after having called some others to get schedule/pricing and had dealt with 4 call backs with a shifting target in terms of both pricing and schedule. Not only was their pricing much better but they were MUCH easier to deal with and seemed respectful of my time (much appreciated). They showed up ON TIME and completed the work - with great results - and within the time set aside. It went smoothly from start to finish and they were very professional throughout. I highly recommend them and will hope to use them again.

I have used Shamrock many times. I found Tim's company on Angie's List. He has cleaned my carpets and upholstered furniture, e.g., sofas, chairs, etc. When my kids or dogs messed up, I called him for emergency clean ups. I always call Tim, he responds shortly thereafter, sets a date, and always arrives promptly. I can't say enough good things about him. He does an excellent cleaning job and his prices can't be beat. I recommended him to a friend last week.

I called Tim to clean my carpets. He arrived on time as scheduled. Cleaned the carpets in the entire house and got up every stain. Wow! He is really good!

They were very efficient, very clean, very cooperative, and respectful. They were on time. They were very business like.

Spoke with Tim to set up appointment to have my parents' condo carpets cleaned. He answered my many questions, and was able to set up carpet cleaning quickly. He sent email day before scheduled appt. to remind me of appt., and even called the morning of the appt. to let me know he was 1/2 hour away. He came in and listened to my parents' carpet "problem areas," and then got right to work. He was at the condo for about 2 hours, and did a FANTASTIC job! Tim is a very hard worker and very accomodating and thorough. I would definitely use his service again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Great customer service. Not only did he clean the couch, loveseat and seat cushions (all of which were soiled by our dog sleeping and slobbering on them), but he cleaned the 6 couch pillows with them for the same price. We also had him apply a stain protector. Everything looked brand new when he left. Great service. But it got better when within a month some of the dog slobber reappeared (completely our fault for letting the dog back on there), he came right out, no questions asked, recleaned everything and reapplied the protector. Great customer service!!

I couldn't be happier with Tim's work. He returned my initial call promptly, set a two hour window when he would arrive, arrived on time and called a half an hour prior to his arrival. He cleaned a large blood stain off of a white upholstered chair. The stain is completely gone. He was totally professional and I thought his fee was more than fair.

We were satisfied with the service. They were thorough, timely and did a nice job. We would probably use them again. The price was good as well.

They did an excellent job. I told them that I had a compromised immune system so he added a disinfectant in the cleaning solution. The furniture dried in a day as expected and smelled fresh and looked clean. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend Shamrock Cleaning.

Talked to Tim the owner when I called the office. My carpet in Abingdon, MD was cleaned 3 days later. 3 bedrooms a small hall-way and stairs. Looks great and would use his services again. His pricing is very reasonable for the results that you get.

Tim arrived within the time he had indicated and also called ahead to provide a more specific time of arrival. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and moving around the furniture (one queen bed, a sofa, two armchairs, dining and coffee tables, bedside drawers, floor lamp) as necessary. He even offered to clean the carpet in a short corridor at no extra cost. He identified problematic spots and applied extra effort to clean them up. Overall he was extremely professional and answered any questions I had. I would strongly recommend him to friends.

Tim earned all the A grades given earlier in this evaluation. Condition of the sofa improved dramatically. Wrinkles in carpets of the two rooms disappeared after his stretching operations. The carpet cleaning was very effective, dramatically improving the appearance of all carpets. Tim was very pleasant and accommodating and worked diligently until the work was finished.

Returned my call quickly, and arrived promptly. The carpets were cleaned above my expectation. I was so happy, I had him return 1/4/13 to shampoo the family room furniture. They turned out like "new".

This was our third time using Shamrock and service was as good as the previous appointments. Tim, as always, was punctual and professional. We would recommend him to anyone who needs carpet cleaning at a fair price without any hidden charges or selling of any added services that are not needed.

The job was done promptly and professionally. Great care was taken when moving furniture out of the way. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of the work. Also, he was able to quote a firm price over the phone.

Always does a good job and have used him several times. Moves furniture, etc. Check his website for specials. Usually a $99 special which usually works for what I have done, unless I need something extra. Last time I had the appointment set, but then I had a kid get sick everywhere, so he was able to come earlier. He also cleaned one of the chair arms my child got sick on where I could not get the 'smell' out of. Also, he vaccuums the carpet first in case you didn't have time to do it!
