SHAMROCK CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

A most pleasant experience. Our time frame was between 10am and noon and he called to let us know he ws on his way at 1100am There was no hidden charges and I would use and recommend Shamrock aagain.

Service was great! Very punctual and did a fantastic job cleaning all of my carpets! Will definitely use this company again in the future.

They did an excellent job. It was the best I ever had so I'll definitely be using them again. Their price was competitive and not expensive at all. The guy was very professional. He came and did the job, left and it came out cleaner looking than the other guys'. They're very prompt and did a great job.

They arrived on time and cleaned the carpets and chairs. The results were outstanding.

I am very satisfied with his work. He also left for us "shoes covers".

Moved furniture to clean carpet. Removed all soil and spots. The cleaning lifted the pile of the carpet and brightened it. Rested legs of furniture on foam so there wouldn't be any staining. Provided two sets of booties to cover shoes to wear until carpet dried.

When I contacted him originally he mentioned that they would be able to come out on Saturday. We had just moved and I asked if he could possibly come sooner. Initially, that was not an option, however, an appointment opened up in his schedule and he followed up with me quickly and was able to come out 4 days earlier than expected. The quote he provided me on the phone was consistent with what he charged me the day of service. This was my first experience with a carpet cleaning service so it is difficult for me to judge results, however there were still some stains on the sofas he cleaned that I was able to remove with a baby wipes. I'm not sure what methods he used to remove this stains but I was surprised they did not come out. The drying time was quick and he was very professional.

It went well. He even came out on memorial day to do the job for our convenience.

The owner was very responsive and returned our call promptly. We appreciated that he was able to do the job on very short notice. Very professional service and great results.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have used Shamrock. Tim is so reliable, and his prices are great, and he is very knowledgeable about carpet and furniture cleaning.

Tim was right on time, and did a very professional job. He has a great attitude, putting us right at ease that his process would not harm our rugs. He explained eveerything that he was doing, and we were amazed at the results. Our stairway carpet was long overdue for a cleaning, and looked brand new when he was done, as did the sofa (dog stains gone!!), and both rugs. we are very satisfied with the results, and will call Shamrock again in the future!!

I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My family room couch had Alot of stain from spilled juice, yogurt cereal. I thought about getting a new ccouch. I called shamrock to see if it was salvagable and he did an awesome job. Saved me thousands of $$$$$.

I was a bit concerned that they did not have a truck mounted units. All carpets were well cleaned and the carpet dried in a reasonable time. We have no complaints and would use this company again

Found the rating on Angies List, called and got the owner in the evening. He was out the next morning. Can't ask for anything better than that! I will be using him again.

I called and scheduled the cleaning over the phone. They called 30 minutes before they arrived to give me a heads up. The gentleman came in to review what needed to be cleaned. He vacuumed and then steam cleaned the carpet. Very fast and efficient. The carpet looks great.

They were fine. They seemed comparable to other places in terms of their pricing and they weren’t particularly inexpensive either. They were fast; they came out the next day or within a couple of days from when I called. They moved a lot of the furniture themselves so that was cool and carpets seemed cleaned but it wasn’t overly dirty to begin with.

Tim, the owner was great. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. He returned calls promptly and arrived on time to perform the work. He did a very thorough job cleaning our sofa, love seat, and area rug. He was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him for all of your carpet/upholstery cleaning needs.

Shamrock Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning returned my call. He was very professional, he gave me a quote over the phone and it was the exact same amount that he quoted me when he got here. He was agreeable, when he cleaned the bedrooms, to do a couple of areas extra that I hadn't asked him on the phone.

Their prices were lower than all the other companies that I contacted. They showed up early, which was good. They were able to get me in right away.
