Excellent service and product all around. These carpets had a lot of traffic patterns on them and we new our dog had occasionally wetsome spots. The odor became apparent between seasons when HVAC system ran less often. Tim did an outstanding job. The job took less time than I expected, the carpets looked fantastic, and he identified the area where the dog had wet the carpet and put a lot of extra effort into that area. Problem solved. Making an appointment was easy, Tim was punctual, professional, and very pleasant. I will use this company again for regular maintenaince of our carpets.

Tim could not have been more professional. He was punctual, responsive to the needs of my schedule, and dedicated to doing the best job that he could, which was excellent. I was very happy with the results and the pleasantness of the provider. The price was fair as it was a very large job.

They did an excellent job. I had been painting with dark brown paint and they got the paint out of our carpet. They showed up on time and they were really good. I felt that the price was very reasonable

The appointment was made within one week according to my schedule. Prices we explained. I received and email conformation and reminder notice. Appointment are scheduled within a 2 hour time farm. Tim arrived on time and did an excellant job. Job entailed 2 bedrooms, living and dining room, family room on lower level and indoor outdoor carpet in the "basement" area. Also two sets of carpeted stairs and upstairs hallway. I will probably have Tim back again to clean the carpet in the third bedroom and the upholstery on the sectional sofa and two chairs in the family room.

I called Shamrock Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and made an appointment for my Mom and this is her review. Hi I'm Mom and I needed to have a bedroom carpet, two walk in closets, a hall, staircase and two chairs and a sofa cleaned and scotch guarded. Tim showed up on time and was very accommodating and professional. I don't have the papers in front of me but the cost was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased with this service. Appointment with Tim was arranged within a week. He works quickly-very professional and personable. We had many ripples in carpet. We removed most of furniture from room but Tim moved a couple of larger pieces using sliders. In addition, carpet was badly worn with some nasty stains due to recent renovation work. End result was great. Carpet stretched and cleaned beautifully- all ripples disappeared and carpet looks practically new . Took only a few hours to dry. Would highly recommend this company! We will be using Tim's service again next year..

Tim was very quick to respond to my initial message to set up service. His availability worked with my schedule. He arrived early and worked very quickly. His price was great and he was able to get stains out of my couch and carpet. The couch is from the 80's and it cleaned up great! I would definitely recommend to others and use him again.

I would highly recommend this company. Tim explained everything plus the charges to us before he did anything. Our furniture is older but when he finished it looked so much better. There were a few spots he even did a couple of times . We definitely would have him again. While working he put plastic on the carpet so it wouldn't get wet. he also covered his shoes to keep the carpet clean.

We set up an appointment via email and received a confirmation of the time and date. We call led on the date and found out that they didn't have us on the schedule. The people we spoke to were very apologetic and willing to be flexible on rescheduling, offering to do it in the evening of the same day. We decided to have them come a few days later and were very satisfied with the service and the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. They also threw in a 10% discount for the hassle of having to reschedule. Overall a positive experience, would use again.

I had a great experience with Shamrock, and the price was unbeatable! The owner, Tim, does all the cleaning himself, and gives a 2 hour window in which he will arrive. He called about 30 minutes before the window to let me know that he would arrive at the later end, which was very nice, since it meant we didn't have to wait around an empty house for two hours. He also called when he was about an hour out to confirm the time he would get there. The house was vacant, so it only took about an hour and fifteen minutes to clean all the carpets, but they looked as new as when we moved in, and he was able to get out the few stains I pointed out to him, as well as refresh high-traffic areas. Overall, I will recommend this company to everyone I know who needs carpet cleaning, and I will use them again in the future!

Scheduled my appointment within 1 week of my call. Was offered several appointment slots to choose from. On day of appointment, the provider called to let me know he would be slightly delayed and gave me an arrival time that he stuck to. Work was done quickly and he answered my questions. I was very pleased with the results and would use the service again.

Tim did a wonderful job. He gave the estimate over the phone and he is the one that does the work. He gave a 1 hour time frame of when he would arrive to do the work, then called when he was on his way. When he arrived he put on shoe covers and we went over all areas. He asked it there were any specific stains that I was concerned about. Carpeting is a very light color with general stains, walking path stains, some makeup stains and oily/greasy "working on your car" stains in my son's room. After completing the job he gave me a pair of shoes covers (he also left extras for other family members) so we could review each room. All the rooms looked great. There were protectors under all the furniture legs. He gave me some extra's for some small pieces I had put in the bathrooms and would be moving back before it completely dried. When moving the furniture that I had removed before cleaning I noticed a few small dot like stains that I had not seen during the review. When I called back a gentlemen took all my information and was very polite. Tim called me back shortly afterward and came back out within a couple of days and took care of them. I was very pleased, the carpet looks great. Tim did not try to upsell me on any other services. He charged me what his phone estimate was. He even cleaned inside all the open space in the closets including my small walk-in closet. Previous cleaners charged for that. I will use Tim again

Tim did an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He was very meticulous and thorough in cleaning the entire house to purge it from cat dander which was causing allergies for my wife. Two days later and we've noticed a huge improvement, the house is very clean. I highly recommend Shamrock and will use them again.

The service provider showed up on time, worked steadly and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I thought the price was very resonable and the quality of the work was excellent.

Efficient and priced well. I recommend using your own vacuum before he cleans - especially if there is a lot of animal hair! Have already recommended to 2 friends.

The owner Tim came to do the job. He was 5 min. early and was very professional. He performed the job to our satisfaction. He placed pads under all the furniture and moved when needed. Tim left us booties so if we had to walk on the rugs before they dried it would not mess them up. I give Shamrock a AAA plus rating.

He was great. He was terrific and he did a great job. The price was reasonable. He was punctual and called me right back. He did exactly what he said and it cost what he said it was going to cost. He didn’t say one thing and he didn’t come back with a higher price. I would definitely use him again.

We have used Shamrock twice now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that the owner does. The price I mentioned above is a guesstimate, since I don't remember specifically how much we paid, but the price for the job we had done was much more reasonable than any other service we have tried. The owner, who does the work himself, is very pleasant, low-key, and considerate. The carpets look and smell great afterwards, and he doesn't charge for or promote extra products. Altogether an excellent experience.

Went great! Showed up on time, gave me grace for being late (traffic), did all the work quickly, called me to tell me how it went, and when I checked it out, it looked amazing. A week later, it still looked great. Will be calling next time for sure.

Tim arrived on time and got all of the work done within the time frame he quoted. Our carpets look wonderful! We have two cats who do throw up occasionally. The spot carpet cleaner we use does leave a white residue. I was worried that those spots were permanent. They weren't. There were also some make up stains on the carpet in my teenage daughter's room. Tim got those out too. He normally doesn't travel to the county where we live, but did make an exception because our job was so large. I am so glad he did. I will use Shamrock Carpet Cleaning again. Some people might think this was expensive. But I don't. It was worth every penny. The furniture is microfiber; I was worried that it wouldn't look good after cleaning. But all of the pieces look great. He has coupons on his website, so be sure to check those out!
