They were recommended by our landlord. I was not there for the service. I just arranged for it and paid for it. My landlord was pleased with the results. I can't use them again, though, because I no longer live in the area.

They’ve done work for me several times, and I’m always pleased with the results. Tim is very quick and neat, and always cleans up wonderfully. He wears the slip-on booties as to protect the floors. He actually came out on short notice right before Thanksgiving, which I definitely appreciated. The price is very reasonable. I always appreciate when someone provides great customer service, and so I’ve recommended him to all my friends.

Our experience with Shamrock could not have gone better. On the day of the appointment Tim called to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was courteous and conscientious. Our sofa had some stains from pets which had been there for awhile, and Tim was able to remove them and make the sofa look brand new. On the day before the appointment I noticed a spot on a dining room chair, and Tim removed that also. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone. Finding companies like Shamrock and professionals like Tim are the reasons We use Angie's List.

They were great! They did a beautiful job. This was the first time I’d used them and will do so again. I chose them because they had such a good price, but the reason I’d go back to them is because of the quality of the work they did. B+ on punctuality because even though he was running late, he still gave me a call to let me know. They were about 20% less than the other company I priced. He got out stains that I thought we never would -- even stains that the previous cleaners couldn’t budge. He was very congenial (even with my dog!), so he’s highly recommended. He actually advertises that he’ll come out and clean again if the dog makes a mess within a few days.

They did a fine job. They were punctual and clean in their work. It was a positive experience. I would recommend their services.

He was extremely thorough. He did not disturb anything. He moved the furniture, put it back and also cleaned up after himself. He spent 4 and half hours on everything he did at a very reasonable price.

We scheduled the appointment at last weekend before Christmas. The scheduling is easy and they do put up all availalbe coupons options to choose. The guy came on time and called 30 mins ahead of time. When he arrived at our house, he first examined the quality and age of the carpet. i was surprised that he told me the carpet is in good quality and no need to do the protection ( i prepared to add additional protection service). That's actually impressive. Later he did the cleaning thoroughly at each foot step. Excellent job!!

Good job at stretching carpets but awful cleaning carpets. I need to get my carpets steam cleaned especially along the baseboards.

He does a really good job. Compared to others he has the best prices for the quality of the work. He takes a lot of time to do the work and he is very thorough. He goes the extra step with his techniques to get the job done right. I have recommended him to friends because of his great service. They send the same guy every time and it is very nice to be comfortable with the person coming to my home.

Tim called ahead of the scheduled appt. time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, reviewed with me what needed to be done, and got to work. The carpeting is old, and worn in spots, but cleaned up better than expected. Tim did a great job!

If the carpet is loose they can tighten the carpet and reseal into the floor. We had a home inspector out there who found out. So we had that one room stretched and everything. Most people are about $200 for it and they charged $50 to $75 for it. It included three bedrooms, two steps and a large walkway. When we had them come out we didn't know about it at that time and we scheduled in advance there was a race through Baltimore that day. He called me the night before and said there is a running race that looks like it goes by your property and I checked and lo and behold there is a race that was going by the house and was closed for a whole bunch of hours that day and there was no way he could get in there to do it. This was on a Saturday and we needed it done before the furniture arrived on Monday. In order to make it work for us what he did is he came out around 6:00- 6:30 a.m on a Monday and did the work. He ensured that everything would be done before they brought the furniture out. How many companies do that? While doing the stretching they first had to loosen the carpet. When they did they found out that the plywood underneath was rotted. Something we did not think about. If we had not known it somebody could have gone right through it.

Very well. We were able to get an estimate, ask tons of questions, and schedule the cleaning via email and Tim came out very early in the morning per our request so that the carpets would be dry in time for us to move in on schedule. He was prompt and thorough. One of the carpets looked so bad we thought we would have to replace it, but after Tim cleaned it, we were thrilled with the results and should be able to put off that replacement expense for a few more years!
