EXCELLENT! Arrived a little early and even called ahead to make sure we'd be there when he showed up. Extremely professional, kind and did excellent work to remove the bump even though it was there for years.

He was very responsive. Normally when I call places like this, the workers are at a job so they cant get to the phone and then you have to leave a voicemail which gets returned a day or two later. But this guy was so responsive, I could send him a message on Angie's list and he would get back to me promptly. I had a white sofa that became dingy and needed to be cleaned. Sometimes I dislike getting only one small task of work completed because a lot of techs want to upsell you on a lot of extra stuff you dont want. This guy from Shamrock came and treated me like I was a long-time customer. I probably should talk more about the actual work that was done but I am really big on good service. When he finished, my sofa had regained its color, smelled fresh and was like new again. When I moved into the house I had Sears clean my carpets and Shamrock's price was way better and service was too. I will be using again.

He arrived when he said he would. Did a great job on the carpet in our living room, master bedroom, hallway and office. He was very responsive to all my questions. He was helpful, friendly and efficient.

We contact the company in June. The owner, Tim, answered the phone and scheduled the service for us. The job is to clean the carpet for our living room, dining room, family room, our 4 bedrooms and the stairs. On Jul 3rd, Tim came on time. Before he started his job, Tim asked to take a look at the area that need to be cleaned, and asked if there is any special note he need to know. He cleaned our second floor first and then the first floor. The entire process took about 4 hours. My wife noticed that Tim also cleaned and was able to remove a dark spot that bothered her for awhile. The entire process was very profession and pretty quiet. Please note that it is a single person work. I won't complaint the fact that some furniture are just too heavy to move by single person. I had another company cleaned our carpet several years ago and they had two ppl came in to perform the service and they had no problem moving my furniture. However, they charged double. After all, Tim did a great job and we appreciate his work. We are happy with our spending.

There was one owner, and they seemed more personable. He was honest with me. He told me what he might not be able to get stains out of and I appreciated him being honest about it. I'm glad he didn't tell me it could be done and then, it couldn't be.

Tim was great. Arrived on time and called before arriving. Tim was professional and friendly and advised how I could get tough stains out on my own. I plan to use Shamrock for my all my cleaning needs.

It went pretty good. They came earlier than being on time. They moved my appointment up which is great and I didn't have to wait.

Tim arrived on time and looked at the carpet needing cleaning. He also looked at our hardwood floors and gave us an estimate to clean and polish one of the hardwood floors at a later date. Tim cleaned three upstairs bedrooms and stretched the carpet in one of those rooms. He also cleaned the two sets of stairs. He did a great job, was very neat, and everything was completed in two hours as he stated at time of signup. Tim did a great job, and I would use him again if the need arises.

Time was right on time, very pleasant, and did a great job in the time he had estimated it would take. I was very pleased with his service.

The owner/operator Tim quoted me a price over the phone and he held to that price. He arrived on time and was there for about an hour and twenty minutes. He was pleasant and knowledgable about his work. He gave us booties to wear while the carpet was drying. The carpet is beautiful. We would certainly use Tim's company again.

A very thorough job and I was totally pleased with the service.

The family room rug was brought to life and all the rugs were freshened up by the cleaning. It made all the difference. My house was put on the market and sold in 3 days. The clean rugs definitely made the difference.

Our experience with him went very cleaning. This was the first time we have used his services. Service was very prompt and reasonable. He did everything that was required. It is a one-man crew and one-man company. He took care of moving everything around and informed me of everything that I need to do after he left.
