We were quite pleased with the job Tim from Shamrock did. We hired him to both clean our townhouse carpets and pull them smooth, and the end product turned out great. He showed up on time, moved the necessary furniture (and back), and charged a competitive rate. Looking forward to working with him again.

Tim is awesome. the work he did was excellent. Does not require hand holding, able to handle the job and do it well. I have had him back twice now for other areas of the house. Will be bringing him back for the hardwood floors. I recommend Tim.

Tim was very punctual, he actually was finished a prior job a little early but called to make sure it was okay with me if he arrived a little earlier than expected -- I appreciated that. Tim was very professional and made sure not to track up my newly sealed slate floor in the great room on the way up to the 2nd floor to clean the carpet.. He wore slip on covers over his shoes and actually left me a few pairs when I mentioned I have having furniture delivered later the same day. Tim was also careful not to leave my doors open while he brought in his supplies -- I have 2 cats. He walked me through at the beginning and the end of the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was really impressed that he was able to take a small section of carpet from one of the closets to patch a tear that my son's cat made while trying to "open" a door (basically she clawed at the carpet until the floorboard was visible). I truly thought because of some stains and the tear that we were going to have to replace the entire carpet. Tim saved us at least $4,000 by cleaning and patching our existing carpet. We should now be able to get a few more years wear out of it. Highly recommend.

Everything went well. The provider called to ask if I would like the carpets cleaned earlier than expected, which was great. He operated the equipment from his truck. After he was finished he showed me the final results, gave me recommendations on the best way to let the carpet dry and provided extra pairs of waterproof shoe covers for my family in case we needed to walk on the floor.

This is the first time I used Shamrock and it was an excellent experience. Tim did a great job. My carpets are about 10 years old and there is signficant wear on the stairs. I am really impressed with the outcome. The stairs look amazing. I was able to get an appointment within 10 days. Tim called ahead of time to ask if he could come early on the day of the appointment, which was great. When he arrived, we added another room which he was able to accommodate. Overall, excellent service and I will definately use this company again.

Tim was great. Very responsive to my pricing inquiry through Angie's List. Once scheduled he was prompt, professional and courteous. I was impressed with how carefully he moved items and took extra care to return items to their spots. Believe it or not, was about as inconspicuous as someone cleaning carpets could be, and patient with us at an early hour trying to get to work and get little ones out of the house for school. The result was very very good, if not excellent. Parts that were not I think were no fault of Tim's; carpet is old and there were some tough doggie stains...but 100% better than before. Smells good too. I would definitely use this contractor again.

Excellent. The technician arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Got out some stains I wasn't sure would come out. He took care not to track anything into the house, was friendly with my dog. Couldn't ask for more.

Tim was showed up promptly, cleaned all carpets thoroughly. He spent 40 minutes focused on our carpeted stairs (8 steps) that were the most worn of all of the carpet. They came out looking much much better.

He was able to get it out and cleaned the whole carpet in a very short amount of time. Very thorough and professional. Will definitely call Tim back in the future.

From the scheduling to the day of the job, everything was extremely easy. No hassle at all. Gave a great price option and was able to arrive the day/time we needed after we moved in. Once he arrived he took a look at every section of carpet and identified any stains that needed treated. He worked without any interruption and very efficiently. The carpets look fantastic and everything smells so fresh and new. He was able to remove and deodorize every stain! The previous owners had left some very large DARK stains and even the very old tough looking stains faded away nearly 100%. We have pets, and coming to a new home we needed to remove any odors that would cause them to "claim" an area. Once we introduced them back to the house after it was cleaned, they reacted great and were right at home! We will take advantage of how easy and smooth this process was every year to keep our carpets looking great.

Everything went without a hitch. The gentleman who did the work showed up on time, performed the cleaning, and did an excellent job. I had just had my living room painted and mentioned to him to be careful not to make any marks on the walls and he was very careful. He wore little white slipper booties over his shoes so his shoes did not get the carpet dirty as he cleaned. When he left, he left me with two pairs of the slipper booties. He was also a very nice person.
