He arrived prior to scheduled time & even called to see if it would ok if he could come earlier than scheduled time since he got finished with his prior job sooner. Was very professional. Completed work within 2 hours which was very timely. There were a few spots that did not come up but, I expected that to be the case.

The Shamrock carpet cleaning company is the best. I will have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis by this company.

Prompt, courteous, neat, quiet considering noise of the vacuum. started with a few pretreat spots, then began in the basement, going to upper level then finishing on main level. Moved furniture, not large heavy items. When finished he reviewed his work with me, put protective pads under furniture to dry. Carpets looked very good.

Provider was prompt, professional and thorough. He paid attention to problem areas and treated the puppy stains. He completed the carpet cleaning and provided clear instructions regarding drying time. I would definitely call them again.

Tim, the owner, was excellent! From the time I booked the appointment until the work was completed, Tim was very responsive. A few days before the job I emailed with questions about moving furniture, etc., and I received an immediate response. Tim arrived right on time - 7:00 a.m. on a Friday morning. He quickly walked through my home and explained what he would be doing. Some of my carpeting is 16 years old and he explained he would do his best to clean it. I also have an older dog who has had several accidents in my dining room. Tim took extra care on the dog spots and he added a wonderful smelling citrus scent in my family room where the dogs spend most of their time. The entire house was cleaned in about 3 hours. All in all I was very pleased with the work performed. My carpets look fresh and clean; exactly what I wanted. I plan to use Shamrock next time I need carpet cleaning.

They did a great job. Really worked with me on the schedule, since I had an event I was trying to clean carpets for. Arrived on time, did an excellent job with the carpets. He had to work extra to get some tough spots out, but was able to get them out. Very professional, would definitely hire them again. Guests at my house after the cleaning thought we had purchased new carpets!
