SHAMROCK CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Tim came to our house within the time window that my wife and I were told. He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and getting some light stains out of the furniture that have accumulated over the past two years from our dog during his puppy training years. He was polite, informative and efficient and had everything cleaned within two hours. He let us both know his opinion of the condition the carpet and furniture were in prior to and after the cleaning process, letting us know how successful he was in bringing everything back to it's cleanest state. He also told us how long everything would take to dry and provided shoe covers if we needed to walk on the carpet before it dried. Now two days later our carpet looks great and the furniture looks practically brand new and smells great. We plan to have this done every year or every other year if possible. We would hire Tim and Shamrock again in a heart beat! Thank you again!

He was the utmost professional. I pointed out my concerns when he arrived, including terrible old stains on my stairs that were from a previous tenant. My husband thought the carpet was ruined and would need to be replaced. He said "That looks like red wine. I have pretty good luck with red wine." By the time he was finished the carpet was like new. I was very impressed...and I have high standards. The carpet was wet/damp overnight (especially where he worked out the stains) but well worth it for the outcome. I have his card and will use him again.

Wonderful experience. I have had no luck with others trying to remove the stains. Tim came and worked magic. He was most professional and timely....affordable too. So glad I now have someone I can rely on in the future.

He did a great job and was very efficient and professional. However, even after he applied the scotch guard treatment, the dirt stains he removed came back pretty quickly. Scotch guard does not remove stains, but should help to protect against them.

They were fine. We've used them several times. It was done. We were happy. We have the number to call when we needed them again. It was very inexpensive. I think somebody can always do a little better. The price was more than reasonable. Quality was fine. We recommended them to others. My husband uses them quite often at his office.

I've had them here twice. It's the same guy that comes back every time. He's considerate of your house, of your home. He does a good job. He comes when he is supposed to and the fees are very reasonable. He cleaned 400 some feet and only charged me $99.00 in the basement. I'm very happy with him.

Shamrock's website appointment scheduling feature makes scheduling very simple. Choose the services needed, and select a date. Tim arrived on the dot of the appointment time, did a terrific job cleaning several areas including a large family room with berber carpet plus a heavily traveled staircase with older carpet. He offered guidance about drying time and replacement of furniture, and provided shoe covers. Pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely use Shamrock again.

Provider was professional and obviously committed to cleaning well and getting out the stains. He was also interested in me getting value for my money.

Great experience. Our whole move-in was upended by the big snowstorm this year so several changes of planned dates were needed. They were responsive, available and flexible. The job was done promptly and thoroughly, and we were very pleased.

The service was fine. It was good. They did what they said they were going to do. One of the problems was they left the carpet wet. They said it would dry within an hour and it took three or four hours or maybe half-a-day. Maybe, I misunderstood. That is why I did not answer because I think I may have misunderstood. My wife said it should dry within an hour, but I think it took a whole day. I cannot remember that is why I was not being critical. I just want to make sure. The price was fine; it was okay. The quality of the service was good. They came within the time frame. We would not consider using them again in the future only because the concern between my wife and I was how long it would take the stuff to dry. Last year, we had somebody do it and it was dry the same day. They left and an hour later, it was dry.

Everything went great . Showed up on time, and called before they came. They were very professional and I would use them again.

It took about two weeks to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait. After I scheduled an appointment, Tim sent me an email to confirm the date and time. He sent another email the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, he called me at 12:30 p.m. and said that he would be at my house in 45 minutes. He arrived at 1:15 p.m. It took him about 2 1/4 hours to clean all the carpets in my house. He moved the dining room chairs and cleaned under the dining room table. He cleaned under the beds. He was very thorough. He was able to get out some spots that had been on my carpet for a long time. He did a very good job.

It went great, he was nice, polite, and very respectful of our home. He worked efficiently and was focused on getting the job done. The carpets smelled and looked great when he was finished, and many of the stains came out.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service Tim did an excellent job on all the carpets throughout my home. He took special care with moving things around, and he even placed furniture protectors under legs of sofa, and chairs, etc. This was by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. 5-Stars***** for impeccable service. It took no time for the carpets to dry. I chose the 9-room/1800 sq. ft.. Service package, because it literally included everything that you should expect with cleaning carpets. There were no hidden charges and NO upscale. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

It was wonderful. He came and cleaned the carpets and my husband and I both commented that the carpet dried so quickly. When I used other people it took the carpet a whole day to dry. The carpets look great and they had a lot of stains on them and he got them all out. I will definitely use him again. He was courteous and worked the entire time he was here.. He deserves and A+.

Shamrock always provides excellent, reliable service. Working with them is flawless, from initial call through a beautiful finished product. Our sectional sofa was long overdue for a cleaning, from normal wear, and dirt and stains from our three dogs. It turned out looking like new. We could not be more pleased with everything they did. It was good. I didn't see the actual carpet, just from my realtor, but he said that the carpet looked fine. There were no extra charges. I didn't see the actual product but they were easy to schedule with, they were accommodating, and they completed it. As far as I know, they showed up on time.
