Tim arrived right on time, assessed the whole carpeted area (basically, my whole house), and got right to work. He diligently stretched multiple areas of the carpet that previously looked horrible, and it now looks like new. Also, he performed hours of cleaning on all carpeted area, and was able to freshen up previously worn-down areas of carpet. All in all, a great experience and value.

They did an average job as it took a long time for the carpet to dry and when it was dry it was kind of stiff. The stain guard did not really last. They didn't do a bad job, just an average job. The reason why I wouldn't hire again is because I bought my own carpet cleaning machine and I intend to remove most of the carpet from my 2nd floor and put down hardwood like the rest of the house. I dislike wall to wall carpeting.

Perfectly. We have 2 dogs and we had urine marks on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. It is totally gone and no residual scent can be detected on a very close inspection! We have used Shamrock to clean our carpeting and upholstery for 4 years and have never been disappointed. He is prompt, professional, and the price for his services is reasonable.

Excellent! We have been using Tim to clean our carpets for a number of years now, and couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is pleasant, efficient, very reasonably priced and the carpets look and smell great each time when he is finished. He has been able to get out stains from water damage that previous specialists were unable to. Recently, we've had him clean our wood floors which also came out very well.

The rugs were collected, cleaned and returned. The owner agreed to keep the rugs a few extra days because we were having hardwood floors installed. When the rugs were delivered, they helped me roll them out. The rugs looked great. we are very pleased and will definitely use this company again.

These guys were great! I hired them for my parents' house, and although they were booked up, they fit us in because out of state family was coming to visit and the carpets really needed to be cleaned. Tim, the owner, gave us a two hour window and called my mom when he was getting close. He brought one guy to help him, and that man vacuumed while Tim started the cleaning process. I am so pleased that they vacuumed, because I've never had a company do that before. There were some pet spots on one of the bedroom carpets, and they were honest in saying that they weren't sure they could get them totally out. But they worked **** ** the spots and they look much better than before. The carpets were barely damp by the time they suctioned and blotted up the water, and they offered booties for my parents to wear until the drying process was finished. FYI, my parents home is a 1375 s.f. rancher, and the portion they had cleaned was probably about 1100 s.f., with one of the bedrooms having berber and the living room having a large, almost room sized rug on top of Pergo. They also had an average sized sofa cleaned. Total cost came to only $225.00 Everything looks great and we would strongly recommend Shamrock to anyone who needs carpet and upholstery cleaning services.

We used Tim at Shamrock Carpet to clean the carpets our new house and townhouse that we were moving out of. For the first job we purchased an Angie's List deal/coupon. Tim called to set a time for the cleaning and instructions on how to enter the properties. They showed up at the agreed time and the work was excellent with pricing right on the quote. We were so pleased that we used Shamrock Carpet to clean the 3 level townhouse we were moving out of. We would use Tim again in the future.

This is the second time I have had Tim clean my carpets. He is the absolute best in the business! My carpets look and feel like new. Tim reviews the areas with you before he starts and asks about any particular stains/spots that need attention. I am so pleased I was able to schedule Tim to do this and am delighted with his work! Tim is pleasant and professional and I highly recommend him!

Tim remained in direct communication throughout the entire process. He did everything he said he was going to do (and then some) and held to the schedule. His assistant Jonathan was very courteous and a hard worker. They assisted with moving furniture and vacuumed the areas prior to cleaning. They took precautions to cover their shoes when entering and exiting the house and provided extra shoe covers when the finished the job. Tim stands behind his work and provided a limited warranty to the work performed.. He worked extra diligently on the stubborn areas in the hallway and did an amazing job to say the least. He also took the time to point these areas out and explained the process to treat them. I highly recommend the services of Shamrock Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
