I just had windows installed Tuesday by Maryland Windows Doors Roofs and had a great experience from start to finish. Keith (owner) is responsive, Thom (quotes and oversees the job) very nice and attentive and installers were wonderful. Highly recommen!

Ross Carmen was our initial contact for this project. He guided us through the process and helped us choose the right product for our home.. We had to wait a while for installation but it was certainly worth it..We were extremely happy with the work and the workmen.

It would be helpful to have occasional communication while waiting for project to begin - between signing contract and actual installation.- just a heads up about status of project

Did a great job

So my wife and I purchased and had an exterior door installed by Eastern Shore Window and Door. The pricing and installation was good. I did have an issue with getting service after the sale quickly. Since then Ross from Eastern Shore has contacted me on a few occasions to try and make things right. I have improved my rating to reflect the effort Eastern is making to rectify any problems.

The only company that understood what the job was. I said I wanted to replace an old bay window with the least expensive option. Everyone else tried to sell me another bay window for $5000 and up. Eastern Shore put in 3 regular windows for $1700...the least expensive option, exactly as requested.
