We own an rental property in Ocean City, MD. We decided to install a new door and Kaba Oracode lock. We interviewed 3 companies recommended by Home Advisor. We decided on Eastern Shore Window and Door. Joe, the owner, carefully listened to our needs and recommend a quality door at a very reasonable price. The install was completed by Ryan and Jamie who were very professional and did a great job. They kept us apprised throughout the install of the progress. This was their first time installing a Kaba Oracode lock, and they took the time to coordinate with Kaba Tech team to make sure the lock install was done correctly. Their attention to detail, great communication skills and professional work made this install a pleasant experience. We will use Eastern Shore Window and Door again, and will highly recommend to our family, friends and neighbors. Take the time to meet Joe and get a quote - and if he meets you needs, you will be very pleased with the experience and the final product!

They came a week or 2 head of schedule and did a great job installing the new 6 FT slider. They also did a great job cleaning up both inside and outside of the house. I can't tell that anything was done except a brand new door is now installed. I would definitely hire the company again if I need a door or window replaced.

Lester & Lou did an outstanding job on the install. They arrived on time at 8a.m. & did not leave until my wife was happy. They hauled off the old door & debris and cleaned up all their scraps. It is a very solid door providing an air tight installation and seal with an excellent paint job. This will be outstanding for our harsh Mid-Atlantic winters. I would highly recommend these guys. Since the initial contact with Joe, there was no high pressure sales pitch unlike other window companies I solicited during my window renovation project. Joe was very responsive to questions before and after I ultimately made my decision to select Eastern Shore Window & Door. Robert and his install team were very professional and knowledgeable paying attention to every little install detail, happy to answer any questions, review the warranty and demonstrate the windows. I was impressed with the care they demonstrated on my property when removing the old windows, bringing in replacements and running them up and down several flights of stairs during the install. In the end, I'm pleased with the quality of the new windows and highly recommend Eastern Shore Window & Door to anyone considering a window project.

The workers were very professional from start to finish. They paid attention to the smallest of details and the work looks great. Very easy to talk to them, they answered all of my questions and showed me some "how to" in caring for my doors. They left the place as clean as it was when they got here.

we are very please with Josh and Robert Josh came over and did an estimate and the window were order it took about 7 weeks but with the weather and rain. Robert came over and install the window they where in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. No mess and the windows looks great I am very please with the whole company and the job. When I am ready to redone the rest of my window I will call them again

I will be having the windows and balcony doors replaced soon. The salesman is very good at informing you of everything needed for the job. He is even contacting the condo association board to ensure the final producf is acceptable to them. I have an ocean front condo and all units must conform to the rules.

I live out of state but I was very comfortable with how this project was handled. Additional work had to be done before the storm door could be replaced. The total experience was a positive one and I am very happy with the final result.

Our storm door install project required a lot more work than just the door installation. Our entire wood door frame was rotted and needed to be replaced. The installers - Lester and Lou did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Our install took ALL day, and Lester and Lou never took a break. They just kept working until the job was done. Once completed, they cleaned up all the debris and materials, and hauled away our old door. We are very pleased with our new storm door and door frame, and would most definitely recommend Eastern Shore Window & Door to anyone. Great job!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the windows I purchased. The weather didn't permit a consecutive day install, but the installers, Mike and his son, were top notch and went above and beyond to make sure everything was dry and secure until they could finish. The windows, especially my beautiful bay window, are wonderful! It makes my room look so much bigger. I LOVE IT! The best part is Joe guarantees these windows for life.
