This review is in regards to the owner Joseph only! Project was agreed to start early June, and I was then informed by the owner in late June about door actually being ordered. Finally in middle of August I was able to reach the owner and we set up an installation date. The door wound up being made the wrong size by the manufacturer and had to be returned, I am living with plywood in its place in the meantime. The owner told me the door would have to be re-ordered, he would put a rush-order on it, but never gave me any of that information. I did not receive any further communication from the owner since and I cant reach him when I try. I am certainly hoping to receive some variety of compensation when the project is finally completed. I like the installers, they did a good job.

I received 4 estimates and Eastern Shore Window & Door was one of the lower ones. The company that gave the lowest estimate did not seem to be all together and I really liked Ross' personal approach. So, while they were the second lowest, I still went with them and have NO REGRETS! The team that came out to install my windows (Robert and his son, Alex) were incredible. They were extremely professional and polite and went beyond. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. The windows look amazing and the quality is impressive. I cannot stress that sometimes the lowest estimate is not the right company to use----if you are reading this review, hire Eastern Shore. You won't be sorry.

These guys were professional from sales to installation. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for a whole house window and patio door replacement project and even worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement panel for the sliding door to fix a cosmetic mistake to make us very satisfied customers.

They were very responsive when contacted for the sales part of the transaction. They said between the order time and the installation would be around 6 weeks. 3 plus weeks later and a few phone calls they finally came out and measured the windows for installation. At that time was told should be between Christmas and New year for the installation. A week into the new year and another phone call plus a couple of text messages they were installed the second week of January. Upon the completion of the installation a additional fee was added to the installation for work that was performed, that was our our understanding was covered under the installation.

I have triple pain glass which was damage, I was expecting the same by Easton shore sense they are professionals, they install a double glass which is not the same value, I ask the company too return the damage glass they refuse, this glass does not match the top glass, I wanted more then service I wanted the value of my window replace just as it was this company was not honest,the value is not the same and it shows.

I would highly recommend Eastern Shore Window and Door to anyone. I have already given two of our neighbors their business cards. The workmanship and service was extrodinary. The installers were exceptional being done with perfection, they clean up after their done. We loved their work so much, we hired them for all our windows for our house and for our porch ecnlosure. I give the company a TEN STAR.

Eastern's price for 9 windows was by far the lowest of 4 quotes received. The windows are of good quality. The installation team did a professional job and completed the work in about 6 hours.

We needed to get an exterior cellar storm door replaced in a short time frame that was not a standard size. Eastern Shore was able to get the door for us quickly, and also worked for hours to make a standard sized door work in the space. Other companies we received quotes from pretty much turned us away because the fit was custom and they would not be able to deliver in the necessary time frame. The quality of work was excellent and provided at a fair price! I would definitely recommend these guys!

in a word---EXCELLENT!!

We bought 2 sliding doors from Eastern Shore Windows and Doors. Both had problems, Eastern Shore windows & doors fixed 1 door, but not the other. I have been dealing with the owner for decades, WHILE he was with other companies.... ... and once he started this company, EVERYTHING seemed to go downhill. I have bought windows, that were not installed properly, poor caulking .... ...so I thought it was his INSTALLERS. When I bought 2 sliding doors, and had another installer put them in .... BOTH doors had problems. The owner sent out his installers to resolve the problems. The Eastern Shore Windows and doors service person, DID solve one problem, however they couldn't resolve the other.... AND they actually damaged the door FRAME case while trying to fix it... NOW the owner says, that *I* need to work with the manufacturer....!!! ...to resolve the problems that HE sold to me.

I had them install 10 replacement windows. I'm happy with 9 of them. One of the windows was damaged in shipping. They installed it with the promise that they would replace the damaged glass and sash in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and still have not been contacted.

Please CAREFULLY REVIEW your paperwork! The salesman made several mistakes on our order, including writing up our order wrong, and when the wrong products arrived, tried to blame the mistake and apply the consequences totally on us! The owner called and very nicely apologized and offered us a small refund to appease us, but we opted to replace the wrong products with what we originally wanted. It also took a considerably longer time for the products to arrive, and we weren't kept informed of the status of our orders. We also ordered a big picture window from them, which still, some two months+ later, hasn't been installed. The door installers were OUTSTANDING, though, which has been one great portion of our experience, and the doors themselves are very nice, even though the styles are not what we ordered. We are now left waiting additional weeks for the correct items we wanted to arrive. The owner also offered to sell us additional products at a discount, but we'll reserve any future orders until we get our original products delivered and installed to our satisfaction.
