Windows were delayed on ordering but after several months they were installed in 3 days.

They showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely manner. Their clean up left something to be desired. They left saw dust scattered about after the job was completed.

We hired this company to replace all of our windows and to create a bay window for our living room. Ross was really nice and helped us to choose new windows. The price was great, and we were happy with that. Unfortunately, they sub-contract with a father/son team, who do not seem to have customer service or job completion as a goal. Somehow, our basement windows did not arrive with the rest of our order, by mistake. The wrong windows were sent to our house on the day of the job. The team ripped out windows in our basement before checking that the replacements were correct, so they had to screw in our old windows until the new ones came in. That was a minor annoyance, and not a big deal to us. Whilst replacing a window in our bedroom, our bed was broken. They moved our bed without asking for help, or guidance, and ripped it apart. I know exactly how it was broken, unfortunately, and the team didn't seem to care. They said they didn't think they did it (it would have been fairly obvious that it was done) but when it came time to pay, they gave us a discount and said "I don't care, I get paid anyway", basically. Ultimately, we did get a discount, but I feel that this attitude was really wrong; they were unapologetic and didn't take responsibility for what they did. We did, however, accept the rebate. They said that most of their clients are older and want them to move stuff. My biggest issue comes with the bay window, which was never finished. We wanted the trim painted white, like all of our other windows. The father part of the team said that they didn't want to paint it white, because they chose wood for constructing it, and white paint was the wrong choice. They said we should stain it. We had not picked a stain, and had assumed that it would be finished like the other windows, since no stain colour was ever discussed. We were literally told that if they had known we wanted to paint it, they would have used cheaper materials. I guess we would have paid the same price for cheaper materials? They argued with my husband about finishing the bay window and said they do not finish it. They never actually intended to finish the job. I still have an UNFINISHED window in my living room because they "do not do that." I was so upset by this, by their refusal to finish the job and arguing with us that our choice in paint/stain was wrong, that I told my husband to just make them leave, and they did. They left quite a bit of touch up for us to complete, as they "do not fix" bits where they've ripped drywall. It is "part of the job" for us to do that. Now it will be "part of the job" for us to actually paint/finish the trim on our new window, because they do not do this. I am pretty upset that I've had an unfinished window in my home, and I've asked my husband to call the company to let them know that I'll be writing a bad review. Unfortunately, we do not have good communication with the company. We write emails and call and don't get anyw

They installed 9 windows and a patio slider door. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. Interviewed 3 other companies for the job. They were by far the most reasonable in price and in scheduling the installation. Plan to use them again on other projects.

They installed a new sliding glass door for me. The guys did a great job on the door. Easy to deal with, and they have a wide range of prices on their sliding glass door. I will use them again in the future.

I felt this man was dishonest and the company lacked poor communication skills. The services were never delivered but yet he claims he has filed a mechanics lien on my property as a result of his error.

So far our experience with Eastern Shore Window & Door has been pleasant. Initially went to a big box store that starts with an “L” and were very disappointed with the service we received there. Ross at Eastern Shore came out to our house on a Saturday and discussed what he thought we needed. We called him back a short while after he left to say we were going with them. The doors have yet to come in and to be installed but I expect it to go well after meeting the installers!

Door came earlier than originally advertised which is great initial said 6 weeks, came in 4 weeks and was installed right away. The "Great Lakes" sliding door looks and works great. Working on a interior trim issue.

I got free price estimates for 8 windows from 5 different contractors and eastern shore gave me the best price among them. Eric, the salesman is helpful, friendly and professional. Robert and his son installed my 8 windows in 6 hours. They are professional, really nice people. I strongly recommend this contractor if you are planning to replace new windows.
