Do not be in a rush for the replacement window(s)! My biggest complaint is lack of contact by Joe and/or Ross when a problem developed (manufacturing/scheduling/family). My installation wasn't completed for 16 weeks (3 weeks past the latest contract date). I would have appreciated a call from either Joe or Ross rather than having to repeatedly call them for update information. Mike's installation was quick and neatly done.

Great customer serviice Joe is very professional and the doors with the steel frames are beautiful. We have a dog and he tore apart our other wood doors, he can not damage these. Also the feeling of being secure is great!

The contractor (owner?) came to the house to inspect the door and discuss the work needed. He spent a great deal of time and was very thorough. We spent a lot of time looking at his books to choose everything I wanted (door, color, hardware. etc.) Joe was very friendly and personable and had great customer service. The guys who installed everything were very nice, efficient, professional.

The value, information , expedience and service were exemplary. I only wish that I were financially able to do all my windows and doors and that I had a lot ore referrals for Eastern Shore and Mr. Delgrosso. All my best and thanks. I will be back for more.

Eastern Shore Window & Door's Door Team did a fantastic job installing two security storms and a new front entry door. They had to work with the challenges presented by an house built in the 1920s, and did everything required to make the job a success. Part of this job was returning two front side lights to life, which had been covered with aluminum for years. This task was completed with artistry, and the end result looks beautiful.

We had a solar tube installed instead of a skylight. This was the first solar tube the installer had ever done, so it took longer than originally expected, but they were careful and exacting (and even read the directions that came with the tube!) and we're completely satisfied with the results. Also, they were able to install it before our house guests arrived for a visit. Would definately use them again.

Competitive pricing. Installation was professional, quick and clean. Would recommend them and will keep them in mind when it's time for new windows.

They installed a new storm door and I love it. I first talked to Joe, the owner and he came with everything I needed to pick the door I wanted. He answered all of my questions and was very professional, when my door arrived the installers came on time, the installers were the most professional installers I have ever seen, they did an excellent job and they took the time to make sure it was installed correctly, They took time and showed me how to change the position of the glass inserts and explained the features of the door. I highly recommend this company for door replacements. I plan on using them again in the future.
