Description of Work: Installed home alarm system. Were efficient, price was good, and the system continues to work well.They did not try and oversell me for products that I didn't really need.

Description of Work: After the last storm, my security system control panel was malfuntioning. I called Pat at JPI to come service same. I told him what had happened, and he told me how to fix it myself. The instructions worked, and my system is up and running again. As usual, this company's work was excellent and trustworthy.

The owner (Pat) is always available by phone and is proud of his work and his company. He has every reason to! Installation was a little more difficult than he imagined, yet he kept the price per his estimate. Exceptional service throughout!
Description of Work: Whole house alarm system with 15 windows, 3 doors, motion detector and 2 window breakage detectors. Central vacuum system.

+ -1 moreOverall, I can't speak highly enough of this company. There isn't a issue that he can't resolve. (I must say, he is very intelligent and shows a love for what he does). As mentioned earlier, he has put an alarm system in 2 houses for me, including a sound system, without a glitch. He cleans up after each project, and is able to keep one informed as to what he is doing and why. That has always been important for me, as I don't understand these things, coming from and entirely different era! (smile). Having my own business, customer service and competence is of the utmost importance to me. I do not write in to Angie's list unless someone is A+ or above. There isn't a category for A+ with Angie's list. I give him an A+ re: customer service, and competence, and trustworthiness. Additionally, my alarm system is hooked in to their main system and they alert the police. Calls are prompt, and one can tell that they are experienced in determining "Crook" versus homeowner.
Description of Work: I have dealt with this company for over 10 years. I have had alarms placed in 2 homes, which includes fire, and water alerts. He is always accessible by phone, and I have never dealt with a company with better customer service than what he demonstrates. I have called the owner for other various issues, like telephone installation. I have had to consult with the owner while other workers have been in my home, worried that what they were doing would effect my alarm system. He is always available. Phone calls are returned within a half hour. He is conscientious in whatever project he tackles, and knows what he is doing. Not only that, he is trustworthy and very competent. I can't speak highly enough of him.
