Every single person we dealt with during this process was amazing! They put a rush on our job and had everything complete within 24 hours. The installers were wonderful and efficient. I highly recommend them and will continue to use this company in the future!

The sales and install team were excellent. Arrived when scheduled and didn't waste a minute getting right to work. Even added an additional post to the railing to save installation time and create a more stable installation. Would highly recommend this company.

The work went very well. When Mike came to give us the estimate, he noticed the loose rails at the front of the house and, before being asked about them, he said he recognized them as their product and that they would secure them at no cost to us. He didn't ask and he didn't change the offer when I told him that the rails had been installed over seven years ago, before I moved into the house. The estimate for the other work was fair, and he added another small discount when we asked if they did that for seniors. He said they could do the work in about three weeks but, because they had a cancelation in the meantime, the job was completed a week after we signed the contract.

They did a real fine job of installing it, it looks really good. It's well anchored into the ground and real stable looking. It came painted and they touched it up. I give them a really high rating. The fact that they worked with us and explained what was going on. They were very open about everything they were doing. They even talked about other types of material I could have used other then the cast iron. They were quick to call back and answer questions. They even followed up to make sure it was installed correctly. They were very professional. I have already recommended them to my friends.

It wasn't great because they had come out a couple times after they installed them, but it ok now. I am glad I got a warranty.

It went well from the estimate through the completion of the work, My door looks beautiful and the guys were great for both jobs.

Excellent! Called on a Tuesday and Mike came out the same day to measure and give me an estimate. While it was slightly more than a separate estimate I received, JW Calvert's responsiveness and professionalism was what won me over. Mike said they could even install it the next day! Installation was complete in about 45 minutes - and this was not rushed, but quality, efficient work. Received a thank you card from Mike in the mail less than a week later. Would definitely recommend and should I need any similar services, will certainly book JW Calvert in the future!

They designed and crafted custom railings that have been incredibly resistant to rust or any corrosion. I would never do iron again.

Great. They came over to give an estimate on the same day we called for railings on our paver patio steps. They went over options and gave us an estimate we were satisfied with and hired them on the spot. About 2 weeks later they installed the railings in no time. Process was very simple.

Jay O'Connor stopped by the same day we called. We were given a thorough explanation of requirements/ options for the new railings. Jay went over the code regulations as well. We selected a pretty basic aluminum set of railings and my wife talked about a "lambs tongue" accessory (kind of a handle on the entry side of the first upright). We called Jay the following day to accept the proposal he gave us. The install guys came about a week later, at the time promised. They did a very sharp-looking, clean installation and it looks great. My wife was out and returned after the install and asked why no "lambs tongue". I hadn't realized that she had asked for it. The work order didn't refer to the accessory, but she called Jay to inquire and he said right away that it was in his notes but left off of the work order. No argument, no resistance. A guy named Mike came out that afternoon and installed the items no charge. We got not only a good-looking job, but were treated like a customer wants to be treated. Top notch service and product.

Overall I was pleased. For the storm doors they did a great job but for the railings I was a little concerned. Where they cut the old railings off, there was some metal I had to grind down myself. I wasn't expecting to do additional work after they were done. Both jobs were approximately 3000 each. They cleaned up after themselves and responded to messages quickly.

I contacted JW Calvert MFG company and initially spoke to Jay regarding the purchasing of a security door for the rear entrance of my house. He promptly scheduled a time to come out and measure our doorway. He left an estimate, a book with door styles and choices. This was a huge plus for me! Once my husband and I chose a door I contacted Jay to discuss same. He and I discussed the best style for our needs. I paid the required deposit and Jay advised that the door would be ready in 4-6 weeks. The door was ready within the time frame, delivered and installed perfectly! Would we use JW Calvert again? Yes indeed we would! My husband and myself are already discussing our next project! A security door and jalousie coverings for our front door! I love my new door!! I was pleased with the overall service that JW Calvert Provided. Jay Connor worked with me to provide and install a basement exterior door to replace one that swelled shut and cracked. Jay ordered the door and it was delivered to him in the time promised, about 4 weeks. I did not hear from him after the 4 week period, so I called Jay who answered his phone and immediately got back to me with an installation date. The door was installed a couple of days later, the installation was done quickly and well by the installers, Jimmy and Vince. I am very pleased with the door and the smoothness of the process!

Excellent quality. Much cheaper than getting a basement waterproofing system to prevent leaking into the basement door from the stairwell.

They did a nice beautiful garage door in the house I live in and in the house I am improving to get ready to sell they did a nice front door and then they did the back door that was a shady job. They left bare wood there, so I had to wind up painting it. The wood didn't look as nice as the front door and I was disappointed. They had to order the doors and when they got them they called and from the time we made the deal it was about three weeks. They were on time. The guys that installed it were professional; one was really good and one was kind of like a handy guy.

I received an estimate the day after initially contacting the company and agreed to have the work performed. I had already obtained three other estimates prior to contacting Calvert and theirs was the best price. Additionally, the siding they proposed was an exact match to that on the other gable end. They informed me that the work would be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting; however, it rained nearly every day between the date the contract was signed and the date the work was completed. Once the weather cleared, I was contacted the day before the work was scheduled. The installer was courteous, experienced, professional and quick. The job was completed as indicated and the siding looks good.

The contractors arrived on schedule and did a wonderful job. The clean up was also thorough. The porch now looks wonderful.

Came out right away. Removed the old rail. Installed new rail. Great job.

It went very well. Steve Calvert came out and gave us a quote for installing black aluminum railings on either side of our basement steps outside. The technician arrived when he said he would and finished the job in a couple of hours. We were delighted with the result.

J W Calvert MFG did a great job. I called them and they showed up when they said they will show up. The guy was actually a little early. He did everything the way that I asked it to be done. The welds that he did were seem less. You cant even tell that there was any work done and it looks like its all original. I understand that the work was hard task. They were the best priced people. Some of my neighbors are planning to use them this spring. Everybody wanted to know where I got my guy from.
