Description of Work: People do not generally know that Mark Sun, the owner, has 2 years of structural engineering education before he went into the nursery business. This makes him a strong in the areas of landscaping, water drainage and mitigation, outoor structure builder. He has repeatedly surprised me with his knowledge, expertise and quality of work. He has performed jobs that others could not or were not timely enough to complete.

 + -1 moreThe initial landscaping went well. However, I have been trying to reach this company for several months to have bushes that died replaced. Earlier in the summer, Mark, the owner came out to see what had to be replaced, I also asked him to make a plan for my back yard and send me a proposal. He was supposed to get back to me and never did. I have called several times and emailed several times. My last phone call was 9/23/2014. I spoke with Ginny, the manager, who said that she would talk to Mark. I finally got an email from Mark with a proposal for the back yard and an acknowledgement that bushes have to be replaced. I have emailed back and told them that now all I want is my dead bushes replaced before the warranty is up. I am no longer interested in having them do work on my back yard. I have not had a response to this last email.
Description of Work: Design a plan for landscaping front yard. Provided and installed plants.
